I would not engage with this company. They have recently teamed up with UKCPS private parking company and I have received a fine for parking outside the property I rent. My appeal fell on deaf ears. They do not engage with problems of their own making. They should be ashamed.

Called with a leak invasive problem, Andrew Louis contacted Homesure, and they contacted me within 20 minutes of my initial call ongoing, but happy thus far.

We've had various block management companies acting on our behalf in the past 15yrs or more but Andrew Louis stands out as the best company by far.
They are much more organised in keeping residents informed and up to date on any issues that may arise.
Gemma and her team are doing a fantastic job and if I've ever had to get in touch with them, they are very quick in replying.

Cerys is the BEST estate agent I’ve ever met. I lived in London for a long time in awful flats and no support as a renter and she has made everything easy and non-stressful and been so lovely, polite, and helpful. Give her a raise.

I have used Andrew Louis as my Lettings and Managing Agents for nearly 2 decades now. They have always been very professional and transparent as agents throughout my dealings with them. Installed new tenants in my apartment effectively and within a week of it being vacated. All planning was done well in advance, and negotiations with tenants were done quickly and effectively.
