Everything worked as it should

The box the bike came in was damaged. I opened the box the like looked ok. I should have sent it back. Once I got the bike out of the box and put together, I noticed the damage. The battery was scratched. The back rake was scratched. The worst thing was the front brake caliper was bent, so the brakes rub. I have ridden the bike to see if anything else was wrong. Everything else seems fine. The bottom line is the bike is a good quality bike that is already damages. I am not sure how long the front brakes will last, because they rub. I would have given a 5-star review if I would have received a new bike.

This was a big decision following online searches and not knowing if I could handle a bike this size.
Although I had questions following my delivery and assembly, someone was always available to assist. Overall I am highly satisfied with my purchase and the support from Andskybike.

It was delivered as advertised. The bike itself seems to be of good quality and is everything I expected. The accessories that you throw in are pretty much designed for a different type of frame and rear rack. The only thing that fit properly was the headlight. I had to file out the openings in the rear rack to be able to line up the bolts. Despite this, I'm quite happy with my purchase.

Bought an used Apex 50 with no charger. These guys got one to me from China to the Pacific Northwest in under a week. Great communication with Tracking the whole way. Zero problems and nothing but complete customer satisfaction.

Ordered the bike, left it in the box for over a month just because of our Saskatchewan weather, unpacked it in the phone case was broken, and the front tire would not hold air, a quick email to service, new parts are on the way, exceptional customer service

It came in a timely manner ,Instructions were very easy to read no missing parts but my front left signal light does not work.

The good- my e bike arrived promptly and was easy to put together. Programming the controller was fairly simple and easy to do also. The e bike is competitively priced and the shipping and taxes were included in the price. My bike came with a 6 piece gift set as a bonus.
The bad- a sensor went bad in the first 2 weeks of riding it, followed by the front motor hub failing. The service dept sent out replacement parts promptly, although I had to physically replace the parts myself. My bike is fine now, but I do worry about expensive parts such as the front/rear motor or the battery going bad after the warranty expires. Overall, a good experience so far and the e bike is a good value for the price.

I'm getting the bike was good but I asked for the front blinkers and also I bought the $99 lock and when I got the items the ones that I had to install did not have directions on the box or anything and then the lock I got a combination lock which I ordered a key lock instead and it's been over almost 2 weeks that I've been going back and forth with your office and they tried giving me this key lock that was not comparable to the one that I bought then they wanted me to pay $20 to ship it back for your guys's mistake and I told him no and it's been back and forth on this and finally hopefully got it resolved where I'll mail this off today and once you guys get it they're supposed to credit me back and then send me the key lock instead of the combination I think that the customer service needs to be improved greatly

This is the second identical bike that I bought and I like both of them but have not ridden either one yet I am waiting for better weather and I am still waiting for some of the options for the second one so I can finish putting it together although I can still use it
I will leave a updated review when I ride them but at this point I am happy to the heavy duty bikes that are well built and I have all the options that I can get on both of them
Was delivered very quickly some of the options took a little longer
The options could have come with better directions but I was able to figure it out how to put together

After my first review of Anduskyebike their company contacted me and worked with me for a solution to me not receiving my 2 items (turn signals and rear light) that I did not receive and the mirrors that I already had, which they let me keep because it would have cost me more than I paid for the mirrors to send back to them and refunded me my money for everything! I had already purchased the Apex 50 e-bike from them for my grandson for Christmas which is an amazing bike in itself and he loves it! I did not realize when I ordered my merchandise from them that the Apex-50 already had all of these items, that is why I was trying to return them and I had not received the turn signals nor the back light because they were out of stock. So, this company is amazing and will do their best to help you with your issues.

Delivery arrived 5 days after purchase. Delivered in Canada. Perfectly packaged. Smooth and Happy purchase. I would recommend Andsky Ebikes to everyone. APEX 50 was my first e bike i ever owned and totally out did my expectations.
