cobros por estadia
al revisar las opiniones ellos cobran directo en tarjetas de crédito o debito, posterior a tu reserva indican un posible daño en las instalaciones y realizan cobros sin autorización ya va mas de algunas personas afectadas, atentos a no caer con esta empresa en booking o airbnb

Andes STR no se hace cargo de tu comodidad. No sokuciona tis problemas
En el edificio de las condes 8550, pasamos frio, a pesar que decía calefacción, ésta no se podia regular. Tuvimos que dormir con ropa. Nos dieron solo una llave a pesar de que eramos dos adultos que salíamos a trabajar separados. Fue muy difícil y poco agradable. El contacto de la empresa solo decia “lo siento, es responsabilidad del edificio no nuestra” nunca hicieron gestión para solucionar eso, excepto que trajeron un aparatito chico que tiraba aire tibio y hacia mucho ruido. Muy ordinario

Graduation celebration & Vacation was a Nightmare from Hell (Filthy property)
My graduation/Vacation was a nightmare. July 8 we were supposed to check-in at 4pm and did not check-in until about 4:30. Their website claimed they would send me the access code to enter the home 24hrs before arriving. I had to reach out to them to get it. When entering the house the chairs to the dining table were the 1st thing my guest noticed. They are peeling and dirty (those chairs should be thrown in the dumpster or cover them with chair covers). The house was dirty, filthy (we wiped the countertops off with bleach wipes and the countertops appeared not to have been cleaned in awhile. On the same day (1st day) one of my guest sat on the bed she chose to sleep in and fell through it. There were not enough bed slacks (they were missing) to support her. We immediately reached out to owner about the findings. Most of my guest TVs did not work during the ENTIRE stay. The 1st Master bedroom had MOLD in/on window seal. The only way we found the mold because it was raining inside the home on window seal (we raised the blind and saw it). We did not utilize the 1st Master bedroom for the 1st 3 days because of the MOLD. They sent the cleaning crew (2 women and a man) to clean the window seal in 1st bedroom with a few other things supposedly. We showed Jennifer (property manager) the Mold and she claimed they fixed the window before but didn't know why it was still raining in it. Can you imagine the many people who have stayed there and inhaled it. There were 2 guest who has an autoimmune disorder who was nervous about staying in the house. We started seeing roaches (by the way someone left a can of roach spray on the porch for us the last day we were there but we started seeing roaches the 1st day). 2 to 4 ceiling fans didn't work. The maintenance man said the owner need to get an electrician to address that situation. We started seeing alot of ants, small bugs (one of my kids killed a bug in her bed which caused both kids who shared that room did not want to continue sleeping in there). There were spider webs behind bathroom doors. The ENTIRE house was/is FILTHY. The carpet and walls are filthy and we have puctures and videos to back our findings. I have no clue why they have a high rating. I was wondering can they go in and change people's reviews. I was about to cook breakfast in a pan and it looked like mold had settled in that pan. The pan was extremely dirty and should've been thrown away. We found food on unused utensils, a few drinking glasses were not cleaned. We made the host aware of the FINDINGS. Even though the sent a few people out to address some of the issues they were NOT ALL fixed or addressed properly. One of my guest heard Jennifer on the phone with a lady who said, "they need to take to a chill pill before they make us look bad" My response to my guest "this house makes them look bad" I don't know why this home is listed on Airbnb. If you don't believe me, check it out for yourself. This was my graduation (MSW) and vacation and I was highly upset, hurt, disappointed and embarrassed. "WHAT A NIGHTMARE"Even the kids were ready to leave this home. PLEASE DON'T LET THE PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE DECEIVE YOU. THEY WERE TAKEN WHEN THE HOST 1ST POSTED ON AIRBNB BUT NOW EVERY PIECE OF FURNITURE, UTENSILS, EVERYTHING IN THAT HOUSE SHOULD BE THROWN IN THE CLOSET DUMPSTER. WE NEED A FULL REFUND FOR STAYING IN THIS DUMP.

I’ve had a reaPoor experience, impersonal service — not what Airbnb is meant to belly disappointing…
Santiago, Chile. I’ve had a really disappointing experience with ANDES STR. One of the biggest issues is that they operate as a large company but use platforms like Airbnb, which are meant to foster more personal, host-to-guest relationships. There’s no real human touch here — it feels completely automated and cold.
When I had problems (like not having internet), getting help was nearly impossible. I messaged through WhatsApp and was asked for my reservation number multiple times, even though we’d already been chatting about my ongoing issues. No one took the time to actually look at the chat history or recognize me as a guest.
And to top it off? No response for hours. It’s completely unacceptable, especially when you're paying for a place that’s supposed to come with reliable amenities and service.
I would strongly recommend avoiding properties managed by ANDES STR — especially if you value clear communication, human support, and a true Airbnb-style experience.

The house was gorgeous and very spacious and clean. My family and myself had a wonderful time. They were quick to resolve any issue we had. Will definitely book with them again!
Rancid smell, filthy house.
I guess this is a common complaint from this company, but DAMN!
The stink of the house made the kids cry, or just a natural reaction of eyes watering from the pungent odor. The place was dirty, but there was no specific source of the odor, the smell was just baked in. There was a lone plug-in air freshener, it was empty. It fought to its last drop, but it was overwhelmed. All rooms reeked, both floors, no escape. Opening doors and windows didn’t help, we had to leave.
But it’s Andes STR “customer service” that truly stinks. They wouldn’t refund, they expected us to sleep in someone’s else’s filth and pay for it.
Obviously, I wish I read the other reviews first. Hopefully if you’re reading this, it’s not too late for you to avoid or cancel.
Also, do not expect your stay to be different because it’s loosely associated with JW Marriott.
The house we stayed in is the best and funniest in Orlando
The house we stayed in is the best and most fun place to stay in Orlando. The experience is worthy of Disney parks. Each child can choose the room with the theme they like the most. From the princess room to the Star Wars room, the children loved it. The adults had comfort and luxury in the decor of the other rooms. Space and things to do, such as game rooms and an incredible pool made our trip even more wonderful. Now it is our address in Orlando for the holidays, thank you very much.

Great property in the Orlando area. Unlike some of the other reviews, this place was clean, well maintained and had no issues with the property or amenities at all. The team at Andes STR helped with all questions prior to arrival and the property was perfect for large family and friends. Clean rooms, pool and tremendous location. Great experience with quick responses from the team.

I traveled to Chile from Europe on a very tight schedule, with barely any time to meet people or complete my important plans. I arrived at 5 pm, expecting to quickly drop off my luggage, shower, and head out. To my shock, the apartment hadn’t been cleaned after the last guests—dirty sheets, wet towels, and trash everywhere. I contacted the host, who assured me they would send someone to clean “immediately.” After an hour with no follow-up, I reached out to Booking, who told me they couldn’t cancel because the host was "offering a solution and not denying the service". The host had claimed a cleaner was on the way, but by 8 pm, no one had arrived. When I called again, they admitted they were still looking for someone, saying it would take longer due to the off-hours request.
With no resolution and no way to cancel without having to pay from my pocket for a new rental, which was out of my budget, I had no choice but to wait there. I couldn’t leave my belongings or start my plans, so I embarrassingly had to host a guest in the dirty apartment, surrounded by uncleaned sheets and rubbish hoping for the problem to be solved.
Finally, at 8:30 pm, a single cleaner arrived and took two hours to finish (10.30 pm). Since it was an emergency call, they arrived without towels, so we couldn’t shower after such a long trip. That night, the host promised towels between 8-9 am the next morning, but they didn’t arrive until the afternoon, forcing us to wait around once more. The TV was not working, the announced pool was closed due to the off-season which was not advertised.
The host offered a mere 30% refund for one night, which felt insulting given the time they cost me and. I rejected it but they ignored my demands and still processed it with Booking. My limited time to see friends and family was lost to hours of waiting, misleading updates, and a lack of accountability. It was a frustrating, disrespectful experience that disrupted my entire stay.
DONT recommend
My Ft Lauderdale stay was tainted with a filthy room, was not cleaned before getting there and when I reached out to customer service to resolve this issue they were less than helpful. I would not recommend staying here.
Do NOT Rent from Andes STR
Rented a VBO apartment that was managed by Andes STR. The unit would have been fine if it was not dirty and gross. An area rug that belonged in a dumpster, stained sofa, dirty kitchen surfaces, dirty kitchen cloths, stained bed linens, stained towels, low quality furniture. Oddly the bathrooms were clean, but unless you want to hang out in a bathroom your entire stay, don't choose to rent from them. They didn't consider the conditions to be a problem and would not refund us for the nights we didn't stay. We were refunded the small cleaning fee.
Davenport Florida Dated and dirty house
Stayed in one of their properties in Davenport Florida, the house was dated, with old furniture, terrible smelly carpet, a very mediocre house for a vacation. If that is the quality of properties that they manage, be very careful before you book, specifically asked them before booking the condition of the house and they assure it was great, they lied.
