Andy Wilson Financial Services recently acted for me in respect of an Equity Release service; and from the initial communication to the final decision, there was excellent communication and clarity of advice.

Andy rang to make the initial appointment, asking me some basic questions and followed this with an e-mail setting out his services, his fees, his membership of the relevant professional bodies and their requirements. This was all very clear and concise; and he also set out the documents he would need from me, so I had time to collate them before the meeting.

At the initial meeting, he was very courteous, friendly and polite and I would highlight his professionalism and knowledge of the products available. He collected all the necessary details and came back to me very quickly, explaining the various alternatives and issues arising.

Throughout the process, I felt very well informed and recognised that Andy was expert and experienced in Equity Release dealings, which meant the whole process was easy to understand, very clearly explained; and I can definitely recommend this company.
