I would NOT go anywhere near this shop or company they are frauds, not only was my daughter traumatised leaving the shop they did not deliver what we asked for wrong size colour and as for the manner of the staff is not short of appalling, and if that wasn’t bad enough they kept my deposit and tried to claim they had sent it to me but after been with my bank and no transfer was ever made from to my account I was left with no choice but to contact the police.

The stress this company has caused me and my daughter is shocking I wouldn’t send a dog into them.

I bought a dress. It didn't fit so I returned it. It was in perfect condition. They never gave my money back. I emailed and messaged them several times but they ignored me.

Absolutely pathetic and a scam. I brought a dress about six months ago and just forgot to write a review. I brought a dress and it said order placed for months but no updates. Eventually I got an email saying they were sold out of that dress but would I like another colour so I asked what do they have and not one response back. Nothing came I was scammed don’t bother

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Recently purchased a dress and received it. It was beautiful but unfortunately it was just a little too small on me. I want to size up and I have messaged them and filled out multiple return forms with no response!!! I would like my $150 bucks back !!! This is such a SCAM !!!!

They are running false advertising on returns. It says return for store credit with detailed instructions, I followed then and they reply back weeks later asking me for more information to be able to send me return instructions. I have to send 2 emails before I get - response, I have lost $350 I can’t even exchange my dress sizes or get store credit. Reporting to BBB, they are a SCAM

NONEXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I bought what looked like a very beautiful white dress. Unfortunately, It was designed so poorly (no zipper) that I could not get into it. I emailed to process a return and they responded right away that they would accept the dress back for a credit voucher, fine by me. I sent dress back and received an email stating it was received and to click on a link to claim my credit. the link did not work and now I've been ghosted by customer service. I've emailed 6 times in the past 4 months asking to give me a credit voucher that works, but so far ZERO response from them. They took my money for the purchase of the dress, then accepted the dress as a return, but then stopped communicating with me altogether without issuing a credit

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced because there is ZERO customer service. This website is a SCAM. I was soooo excited to receive my blue Athena mini dress for my bachelorette. It was delivered to the wrong address thousands of miles away. It did not show on their website it was delivered until TWO weeks after it was delivered. I reached out and received one email in my 20 plus emails and sent 15 plus messages on all social media. Their email they provide on the home page doesn’t work, nor does their phone number work.

I tried ordering a second dress directly after hoping to sort out the first dress. It has been nearly 20 days and it hasn’t shipped. They “claim” they ship in 4-8 days. I recently received and email saying please leave a review since you should have received your item by now….no item was received, still no response from the company, and no place to actually leave a review. What a joke.

Save your money and don’t order. I am beyond upset as I planned an evening of my bachelorette around this outfit.

I would be fine with any issues or delays, but the ZERO response is the most disrespectful thing and makes this business a complete scam.

Beware, this is a scam. I ordered a dress 2 months ago and sent several emails but it was never delivered or even shipped. They also never responded to a single email and deleted a review I wrote on their site.

My daughter ordered a dress from angel lane clothing that was supposed to arrive in 6-10 days. It arrived 42 days later and did not look exactly like what we ordered. I do not recommend ordering from this company.

This company is a scam. I ordered my girlfriend a dress for her birthday and it was much too small and horrible quality when it arrived after a month and a half. The shipping speed I understand, as it comes from Australia. I emailed them asking for a return, and they said absolutely, but told me I’d have to pay the $40 for shipping. I sent the dress back to the address they provided, and waited. And waited. And waited. Then I emailed them asking for an update. Nothing. I then reached out to my bank asking to reverse the charge, since the tracking number said that it had been delivered but they wouldn’t respond to my email or refund me. My bank reached out to them, and in response they told the bank that I never reached out to them and just sent the product back expecting a refund. They also said that the product was used excessively which is crazy because my girlfriend tried it on for all of a minute or two before we packaged it back up. Now I’m out both the dress and $200. They are scammers with very poor customer support, if you get the product and you like it great otherwise you’re screwed.

I ordered a dress to wear it for my birthday and paid extra for the express shipping but I'm still waiting for the dress !!! It's been almost a month! I was supposed to get withing 2-5 days 😪. Let's see how the dress is. 🤞

Ordered the lace dress for my maternity photoshoot and it is stunning to say the least. The quality is amazing and can not be faulted at all (i am quite picky). the dress is lined and has two layers of lining which is a power mesh (so super flattering on). The flared sleeves and the long train make this dress even more special. Thank you for creating such a beautoful piece.

This website is awful and a scam they sent me a dress that was nothing like how I ordered. It’s poor quality and it took over a month to come. Do not order from them!!

purchased 4 dresses from here and they all exceeded my expectations. I have the original of one of the dresses and the angel lane one has better structure and corset boning inside the dress than the original one which costed 4 times the price.
shipping took 6 days from the date that i ordered and customer srvice was helpful when i asked about sizing

Ordered dress but it was tooo small and i returned. As of today, 4/18/25, no responses to multiple inquiries to their customer support email, no response, no refund even though it is delivered back to them according tracking

Ordered dress with expedited shipping, was to arrive by 3/6/25. As of today, 3/12/25, no responses to multiple inquiries to their customer support email, no delivery status updates, no dress. With the event this weekend, I expect a full refund immediately.

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THEM!!! I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE USA ATTORNEY GERNERAL. SENT DRESS THAT DIDNT FIT DID NOT SAY TO SIZE UP ORDERED MY US SIZE. TO RETURN IT IT CLOST $230. TO SHIP BACK THE DRESS WAS 150.00. IVE EMAILED SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO RESPONCE FOR A SOLUTION!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM

I’m so disappointed in my purchase… first of all it took four weeks to arrive in which I emailed three times wanting to know where my order was and got no response when I eventually received my order the free bracelet that was promised didn’t come in the order and the dress where do I begin.. is worse quality then what I’d buy off of Temu for $1… $200 down the bin no way to return the dress either.. don’t waste your time photos on their site aren’t of the dress you receive..
