This product literally saved our special child who wandered away from a campsite into deep woods. We had him back in less than 9 mins. Safe and sound. It works and we love it!

I bought the AngelSense for my non-verbal 3 year old son when he was beginning school. It is the only thing that gives me any peace of mind while he is on the bus, at school, and on his way home. I know exactly where is is throughout his day. I love this device!

A few years ago my autistic daughter wandered from the house in the middle of the night. She went walking down our road into the south texas brush and the fear for her safety was something I never want to experience again. Luckily, God was with us and someone found her, but with all of the wildlife, things could have taken a devastating turn. We thought we had done everything to prevent it. After I looked into tracking devices and compared features and reliability I decided on angelsense. Most "GPS" trackers for children use cellular triangulation which can be off by fractions of a kilometer, especially in places where there are no roads for the tracking system to narrow it down, which is why it seems so accurate when we are driving somewhere using a map on our cell, or places where there is a ton of glass which can reduce accuracy. Alternatively, satellite GPS (which angelsense uses) can determine her location within just a few feet, even out in the country which is VERY important for me. I can call and hear where she is, and now with the new features, I can call and tell her to STOP and stay right there while hearing her surroundings or her voice. The magnetic fasteners also make it difficult for her to remove and the belt means she cant take it off even if she removes her clothing. The peace of mind i get from this is more than worth the monthly fee. I cant put a price on her life, and I cant imagine being without this device now.

I have used AngelSense for over a year. It allows me to see my child's day at a glance, know where he is and using the Listen-In feature I can hear if he is upset and how he is being treated.

My favorite feature is the AngelCall as I can two way call with him and comfort him, let him know I am thinking about him, he enjoys our calls.

Before AngelSense I would sit at work worried that my child may leave school, or a caregiver would forget to pick him up. Angelsense is an amazing tool that has helped my family tremendously and given us such peace of mind.

AngelSense has been the answer to my prayers. It has provided my family so much peace of mind. I love knowing where my angel is any time during the day. The extra features like Listen-In and AngelCall are amazing. It is worth every penny and definitely the best device on the market.

The product worked great- however we did not recieve the belts that were paid for a year and a half ago, saught to resolve the issue, were told we would recieve them, and never did. We ordered and paid for two devices and two belts on the same account. Cancelled them after the mandatory year of service yet only one was actually cancelled. From now on automated pay for anything is not worth trusting. We have given hundreds of dollars to a company that we were not utalizing. Thankfully customer service has improved.

The AngelSense people are very helpful and patient. It's so cool that they are constantly thinking of new ways to make a great innovative tool even better.

The Anglesense GPS is a wonderful tool, that will ease some stress and give you peace of mind. I have been a customer for well over a year. Part of my child's diagnosis is nonverbal and eleopment. Because my son does not communicate with me traditionally, it is very hard to find out exactly what happens when he is away from me. With the listen in function I know I can listen to what he is doing anytime I want. The intransit mapping is another great feature. As is the capability of having my neighbors install the app to be alerted and help look for him should he elope. There are many great features I haven't mentioned all in all it is a win for US.

We ordered the GPS 2 model (thinking it was smaller than the GPS 1, which in reading reviews just realized the GPS 1 is smaller) and this thing is SO bulky and it makes my 9 year old insecure around his peers. The service is good in more populated areas, but we live just out of town and our subdivision has 4 acre wooded lots (new subdivision) and at our home it is constantly "no service". One of the reasons why we got this is because we do live in a wooded lot and subdivision, but NEVER works here on our property. If you can watch TV on a watch today and be able to do all the things that our devise does, why doesn't AngelSense realize it's 2017 and not in the dark ages. We are going to do research on finding a new service that offers the same benefits, smaller that hopefully has service at our home and switch when our year contract is up. So disappointed.

We've had our device for a couple weeks now. Our child runs off frequently and has recently increased. Having the Angel Sense really eases our minds that he's safe and we know where he is at all times. If he runs off we have the device to help locate him.

AngelSense has been a life saver for my family. My 13 year old son has a history of eloping. AngelSense has prevented him from eloping in several circumstances. When he did elope we were able to quickly find him. I don't know what I'd do without it.

I have been using Angelsense for three years now and absolutely love it. I am looking forward to receiving the update version of talking with my child. My daughter is 21 years old and has severe apraxia. This device has given me a piece of mind knowing where she is at all times. We had an incident where a new bus driver wasn't sure where my daughters bus stop was. I looked at the app on my phone and drove right to where the bus driver was and got my child. It is a wonderful device!!

3 Main Problems
1) Product doesn't work as advertised. Intermittent service and I live outside of NYC. That's unacceptable for that type of product. It's like saying, the airbags work most of the time.
2) $40/month wireless is extortionate. So $500 per year, plus the cost of the product. It's a total scam.
3) Size of the product. With all the recent technological advances, the best product they could come up with is something the size of an old-school mobile phone (it's over an inch thick )? Honestly, no matter what AngelSense sales pitch is, just try and connect one of these things to your child's clothing; it's near impossible. The product is clunky and too large. It's really about the same size as shock collar for a dog. Unless you want to strap this block onto your childs body via a strap (so they look like a felon on house arrest), there is no easy way to attach it to their clothing because it is too big, and backpacks are not an option because they do not guarantee connectivity to your child.

Our purchase date was was a little over a year ago. Today I told them never to charge me again because their unholy contract is now expired. The AngelSense device never worked well. At school, it told us he was running away constantly. The school system wouldn't even allow the device once they caught wind it had a listen-in feature and this had to be settled with lawyers because they misinterpreted the wiretap laws.

Once we got school administration to approve the use of the device and we started using it regularly, we noticed that most of the day it just simply said "not connected" and "unknown".

We contacted customer support several times, who didn't understand when I told them that I'm a senior systems administrator that I understand the concepts and just need high-level tech help with this. I spoke with many uninformed individuals, all of which were moms and not technologically aware, who insisted that it must be my fault.

We opted into a beta program for a new device on a different carrier, a carrier that I knew to be strong in the area. That device also stayed disconnected most of the time. Half the time I couldn't even log into app.angelsense.com because the page simply won't show the username and password fields. Last time I logged in the only thing it said was about 4000 hours of no battery, when we left the thing on the charger for months.

I asked for a refund and was denied. I'm going to ask again when they email me later today. It's been fun paying you guys all this money for something we can't use, I'd like it all back now.

I've noticed that they respond to almost every 5 star review, but I only noticed a single 1 star review with a response. I'm doubting they'll comment, but I would be happy to know we're getting our money back so we can do something useful for our autistic child like add it to the Disney World fund we have going.

User friendly app. Love all of the features added often. Great peace of mind.

We have used AngelSense GPS devices for our twin boys for over 2-1/2 years now. We love the notifications that we receive when the boys leave a known location, arrive at a know place or are in an unknown area. We also love that we can track them in real time.
The false alerts are fewer than any other device we know about and the devices are constantly improving.
We also love that the customer care are parents who use the device themselves as clients first for their special needs children. Couldn't recommend it any more.

I have tried numerous times to contact by phone someone in technical support. I have left messages at least 4 times and no one calls back.
Is this the way you run your company? This device has not worked from day one. If I do not hear from you tomorrow I will send it back and expect a full refund.
I was hoping to get a fix for this device or a new one. My special needs son is without protection at this point.

My son is a frequent eloper/wanderer and unfortunately has gone missing in the past. AngelSense was the BEST answer to our issues with our son. I've never seen a better tracking device on the market, and the app is very easy to use to locate his whereabouts. I unfortunately had to use this once when he went missing on vacation and I was able to find him in under three minutes! I am able to sleep better knowing that my son has this extra protection. Best purchase I've made in a long time!!!

Angelsense is the best product!

AngelSense gives me incredible peace of mind. I know where my son is and I can even follow him on his bus route. There are times when there are some delays in the time transmission or it can freeze. Customer service is excellent at responding.
