Angelsense has been a big help to our family. It has given my youngest daughter the independence she wants but also gives me the peace of mind to know that she is always safe

I love this company. My son wears this gps device every day and night and I know he’s safe, wherever he goes(home, school, sports) I know he’s safe. He’s worn it for over 2 years now about to be 3 years. And they have a rewards program where you can earn points to pay for the monthly membership which I’ve used for a free year of AngelSense!

AngelSense has been a game changer for our family. As a parent of a child with special needs, I needed more than just GPS. I needed real time updates, reliable alerts, and a way to stay connected throughout the day. AngelSense delivered all of that and more. The device helped us navigate school transitions and gave us confidence during moments that used to feel overwhelming. It’s not just a product. It’s a lifeline. This is a must have for elopers! It’s worth every penny for peace of mind.

The reason I paid all of this money for Angel sense was to have better cellular and gps signals than apple trackers. When it works, it does provide that, but now I’ve had the signal completely go out for no reason 5 times in the last year. Sometimes you’ll get lucky and get a great customer service rep, and other times it’s truly shocking. Apple might have a bit of a lag, but it NEVER completely cuts out for 18 hours!!! Also, Apple batteries last ages and this one lasts barely a day. When it’s a matter of life and death for those you love and are trying to keep safe, this is more than me just whingeing. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone in America, so I’ll be cancelling my subscription. All the customer service reps claim they are mothers who have special needs kids. The lies, the lies, the lies. There’s no bloody way that’s true because they’d be dealing with the same cellular and gps signal failures and would be horrified.

This watch has made me sleep better knowing my son was safe and at home where he should be if hes having a bad day at school or whatever he can call me and I know thanks to angelsense hes safe

Not impressed! We have had it for 3 years. Have been having problems- no signal- unnamed locations can't add them if they're too close to another business and on and on. I have to call frequently to address problems and every time I get a different answer. This is supposed to keep my grandson safe; he has severe autism. Nonverbal and elopes. Not good does not give me piece of mind and does not keep him safe!

I love Angelsense! I can now know where my loved one is at all times especially when eloping. If he’s in danger or distress he can push the SOS button and I will get a notification! I love that if he’s having a meltdown that I can call through the app and talk to him through the gps! He can also talk to me! And best part is that the magnetic lock and key makes it nearly impossible to take off! This is best with children and older adults who may need a bit of comfort when alone in the world!

This device is the best ever! I no longer need to constantly hover or be overbearing with my son when we are out and about or even just playing outside. I always know his location no matter where he goes. Obviously I'm always one step behind him but he is able to explore freely. The boundary limits are a game changer and give me a better sense of peace, knowing I will get a notification the second he leaves the property or anywhere else that I have them set up. Thank you AngelSense for this life saving device!

I truly think every parent with a special needs child needs this device it truly will keep your safe and give you peace of mind at the same time

Have been using this device for about a year for my son. He is 10, but has special needs. Because of this device he is able to take the school bus in the morning, and able to go to the playpark by himself. He loves the idea that he can phone me just by pressing a button on the device. I can also call him to let him know it is time to come home for his lunch or dinner. He says it's like having mummy in his pocket. The school also were agreeable to him wearing it. Can't recommend it enough. The customer service was excellent too- the first device stopped working but Angelsense dispatched one very quickly and we had a replacement about 2-3 days later. They were very helpful and for the few days we didn't have a device we were refunded the air time for half the month. It is a bit pricey at around £35 a month and it is a year long contract, but in my opinion worth every penny when it gives my son so much independence and I have peace of mind.

I love the peace of mind angelsense provides for our family. I can listen in and make sure my child is OK at anytime! I can track his bus home. He also knows to press the sos button to call me if he needs me!

When I first got the angel sense device, I had trouble using it. I called the number given to me in the box. I spoke to an agent named Heather B, who helped me navigate the app and activate the device. I have been able to use the device and have a peace of mind for my child. My son is 3 years old with autism & he recently started school. The device gave me ease just being able to call and know that everything was ok! I highly recommend the device.

I think that AngelSense is a good idea, but my son refused to wear it. He even tore a hole in his shirt trying to get it off, he also figured out that he could take off the shirt or pants he was wearing to get the tracker off. He is 11. Also, my son's school was a dead zone. I had a hard time telling if he was inside the school or not. We have been paying for a year and only used it less then 10 times. I am trying to cancel before it renews and it has been very difficult. We are in a contract and I understand that, but they will not let me have them cancel it to be sure it does auto renew, even if I pay off the balance. Our contract ends in 7 days.

Love this device I can track my son at all times and know where he is and can listen on the device to make sure he is ok

I've used angelsense for 7 years and can't live without it. I've tried other trackers hoping to eliminate the subscription cost, but none compare and I can't live without it. The gps map doesnt lag like other products. The listen in feature is invaluable and other options dont have it.

I’ve been a user since July 2020 and cannot stop talking about how much AngelSense has changed the dynamics of safety and independence for my daughter and I. She is now 12 years old, but considered nonverbal; however, I am able to give her a little wiggle room in social environments and during recreational activities with the functionalities that AngelSense provide for gps monitoring and voice calls/ messages. We still work on elopement in some environments, but my approach is a lot more calm due to the implementation of AngelSense. Instead of chasing my kid through a crowded store, I can press a button to message her, enact an alarm, and/or voice call her to come back. We have two devices; one self paid and another paid via our local police department. I use both because I prefer to have one on her body and one in a bag or jacket as an added precaution. The device especially comes handy when we are doing water play and swimming. We simply put it in the waterproof pouch and lanyard, and voila!
AngelSense has also created an ambassador program which offers added incentives, including points to earn free service and accessories. This program is a game changer because for my honest review of my experience and the impact that this device has on my family, I canon return earn essential device accessories as well free minutes to communicate on the device. #Genius marketing on AngelSense’s behalf!

Angel sense is amazing and has been a great benefit to our family.

The app is so easy and accurate. The company is so understanding and helpful to the parents/ guardians.

Not having a great experience.
It needs charging daily . I thought it would last a couple of days at least .
When in places not named , it drains the battery faster ,which is ridiculous because if theyre lost. They're not gonna be in named places .
You get 60 minutes a month with the plan. That wouldn't be too bad IF there was a way for the watch to disconnect when it goes to voicemail .
So many times it's been knocked in his sleep or he's called while I'm calling hom and its gone to voicemail. 8 minutes every time . Stupid !
The watch also auto answers after a couple of seconds . Great of you just need to hear what's going on but useless if you want them to know you're actually calling them.
The first time I used the "copy location" link , it said he was in lybia or somewhere like that . Tonight when I log on to it ,the circle it goes to is my house. I have to select the options to get directions to where he is or zoom out and look for him .
Why is it telling me where I am ? I don't have the watch on and I dont need to know where I am . I know where I am because I'm there !!!

So this has added more messing about to find his location.
Not great in an emergency andnif you're going in and out of the app to track someone.

Also if you need to rely on carers charging it each day , good luck . I'm sick of calling them to do it . Some will. Others won't bother .
