To be quite fair, once my order arrived, it was all fine. But Jesus Christ, the communication is awful! I don’t know if I can even say that, because there hardly was to begin with. My order was delayed a few times and each time, I received no notice. I would have to email multiple times and then eventually I’d get a reply a few days or a week later. It’s ridiculous. The prices are affordable in comparison to huge retailers that sell similar products, but I’m not sure it’s even worth it to be honest. I wouldn’t order from them again that’s for sure.

I buy my prize tier figures from their site. The prices are good and shipping is fast

i liked how they replied to my emails and concerns about my package not turning up when it was supposed to.

however the only problem i had was having to wait another month for my preordered figure (which was not entirely their fault.) other than that i'm very satisfied.

I was kept up to date on my order and it arrived on time and in perfect condition.

I’d been searching for the Possessed Lamb plushie for my son but everywhere was out of stock. I signed up to be informed when an item came into stock and as soon as I got the in stock email from Anime Emporium I ordered the plushie, and it arrived literally 3 days later. I was amazed it was so fast, and my son was overjoyed to receive it in time for his 13th birthday.

ordered a figurine from these kind folk, more than happy to keep you up-to-date with delivery, actually comes well protected & properly packaged, no damages, all around a brilliant service.

There was some delays in dispatch because of when I ordered, but that's my fault. Whenever I contacted the site, they were extremely helpful. The parcel arrived well wrapped and protected I've ever seen.

Edit: Just recieved a response and it seems like there were delays on their end for good reason. They are workin on resolving the issue and getting me the correct item. I'm amending my review as they are being very helpful.
