Amazing quality. Honestly one of the best for thobes. Secondly their service has been amazing. Within a few days they dealt with an issue and provided upmost assistance. Will definitely be purchasing from this company again. On Eid day many people asked where this was purchased from. Quick shipping. Very lovely customer service. Gained a customer for life :)

They are scams..stay away from them

Recently bought a djellaba and I was really impressed with the quality

Was genuinely looking forward to receiving this item after seeing it heavily promoted on social media, but the reality was extremely disappointing. The garment arrived with poor craftsmanship; the stitching and embroidery were unraveling and undone in multiple places right down the front, making it unwearable straight out of the package.

Given the marketing hype, expected much better. Unfortunately, the company’s customer service was equally frustrating. There is a no returns policy, which is already a huge red flag for any online retailer. I had to open a case with PayPal, and even after sharing photos of the defects, there was no follow-up in communication from the company. Extremely poor. I eventually had to escalate the PayPal claim to ensure this was refunded, and then too, they didn’t offer the basic courtesy of sending a shipping label for the return.

All in all, the combination of poor product quality, lack of accountability, and poor customer service makes this a company I would strongly recommend avoiding for any online purchases.

Is too small

Defect product from factory stitching and merchant refused to come to a resolution with customer. There’s was two pockets and one of them had a hole without any pockets attached . Item did not meet quality standards

Great quality and delivery

I ordered a teal blue thobe on TikTok shop but the size was wrong (it was too long). I also emailed to ask when the correct size will be restocked so I can reorder. If I didn’t like the thobe why would I want to reorder?

They have refused my return accusing me of swapping the tassels. What a bad thing to do especially in the month of Ramadan. They sent a highly edited/flash picture which doesn’t even show the true colour.

From other reviews it is clear they do not want to refund anyone. How is it a coincidence that people complaining are all having issues regarding refund?

Order was returned to courrier and no notification was sent to me. I paid edoress shipping and rather than getting reimbursed from The brand just like any other brand does, they refused.

The customer service was outstanding—very attentive, friendly, and quick to address any questions I had. As for the thobe, it's incredibly comfortable and well-made. The fabric feels great, and it fits perfectly. Highly recommend both the product and the service!

I'll start with the quality of the clothes which is actually good incase you have any doubts.

However....
I ordered a moroccan thobe and I referred to the size chart to select the correct size. Now for size S, it states from 5'4 - 5'7. But when I tried it on, it came below feet itself so it's too long. (And I am 5'4 myself)

I've contacted them through email and whatsapp, but they're refusing to reply back to my messages. I know they're reading them because when I first messaged them regarding when my order will be despatched, they replied the same day.

If this gets resolved, I will happily update my review.
