This is a complete scam. The shipping address I got was in Ohio but the customer service address is California and when you google that address it a house in a residential neighborhood. I orders my sign on March 6th and received and email that it was completed and a shipping label was made on March 8th then nothing. Finally received and email on March 26th that it had shipped and the tracking would be updated. Then I reached out again on March 30th in the am but did get a response until the next day stating that my order was lost and it would be a week before they could replace it and send it back out. I requested a refund now we will see if I actually get my money back or not.

Amazing!! I can't recommend Anley Flags highly enough. Jeremy and his staff went above and beyond in every possible way to make sure our experience - and our flags - were perfect. I inundated him with questions and request, and he fulfilled every single one. This is the only place I will ever took to in the future, to purchase flags or banners. Thank you!!

I received excellent customer service on our custom flag order. From design to delivery of 100 flags today, I have been very pleased. Great communication, helpful suggestions and great support along the way.

Poor communication. Do not purchase from them

I have been trying to get ahold of them and no response. I made my own 2 flags for my granddaughters in the military. They kept telling me my credit card would not go through so stupid me used another one and same thing that wouldn’t work either. Payment failure, what?? What is going on? I have had enough of this place I feel it is a scam too. It has been awhile and didn’t hear anything.

This company doesn’t even deserve a star. They took my money. They provided a fake parcel/tracking number. On top of that they partner up with 17track, which is a fake tracking website, I did my research other people have had problems with this too. and only updates on your order when you interact with the shipper. They tell you that your order is on the way but gives fake locations. So do not trust them, it’s fake, and ships from china!

Ordered solar light for my Anley-purchased flagpole. There is NO WAY to attach the solar light on my Anley flagpole. There is no way to contact Anley….telephone number provided by customer support is a scam.

Purchased via Amazon about 5,6 months ago. Flag is faded and torn. Well, and, made in China. Learned my lesson. Too bad I bought two and too late for a return.

Bought a flag from this company and I never received it, but instead, something completely useless. Any positive reviews are likely bought because this is a horrible company ran by horrible people.

This seems to be a SCAM! I ordered awhile ago, and im having questions and issues with my order, ive tried to reach out for 5+ days and NO RESPONSE. Today ive tried calling and emailing multiple times and no response. This is getting out of hand! Careful when ordering from them!

UPDATE- I received my order, so it is NOT a scam. ALL THOUGH, this was an example of terrible customer service. I tried to contact the team for about 7 days straight, emailing, and calling and messaging on etsy, and NOTHING, until AFTER the package was delivered. At this point i had already had lots of anxiety and stress around this issue needing it for my business, and the damage was done.

I took a shot & ordered a flag with this company. It was of a Flag that I wanted to replace because I could t find the original anymore. I sent them the only picture I had of the original flag which was faded and old!

After some back & forth emails? They were able to enhance the photo, make the colors brighter, & had it all completed & finished within a few weeks. They sent me a final email to proof the final product & was I was blown away at how good it came out. The shipping took a little longer than expected, but again? I was completely impressed with the product when I opened the package and saw the finished results.

I couldn’t be more happy with this company, and I appreciate their attention to every detail that went into making this. I hope your experience is as good as mine was, and if I ever need another flag made? I know who to go to from here on out!

I went to Anley website to order a flag but in the Specialty Flags section they sell a Satan flag which made feel disgusted and I sent them a comment in their contact form about it and never received back a reply. I ended up not purchasing from them. I heard other comments that they are based in China.

This is NOT an American company - The orders are processed DIRECTLY with a company located in CHINA not California as their web site would lead you to believe - They charged my account as soon as the order was placed - not at time of shipment - I called their customer service number and left a message with no return call - The number by the way is assigned to a residential house not a business location - -When my order appeared on my credit card statement there was an additional surprise charge - I was charged a foreign transaction fee due to the company being a foreign corporation - When I finally received my item it was not as depicted in the description - less quality -I will make certain that I am dealing with true American companies in the future

I had good luck with two small previous orders from Anley, so I decided to go for broke with a 20-flag order, all different designs. Proofs came back in a couple of days, and within eight working days total, my flags were in my hands. Yes, I paid for Express Service. They were double-packed and sealed securely. Very pleased with the lightning-fast service and superb artwork, as they cleaned up some of my images that were a bit ragged. Some of the flags were sewn with thread in rather contrasting colors that made the rest of the flag just “pop”. Nice touch! Extra small pole sleeves were just what I had requested for making stick flags. Great job by Jeremy, Leo, and the entire Anley team.

I ordered two custom flags, image was a uploaded photo. From order to delivery was 2 weeks. Quality was good, picture was crisp. I am over the moon! They are just what I expected! Highly recommended.

I approached this company with high hopes. We lost our dog, and we were going to have a pirate flag done, with his paw print, and the crossbones were to be replaced with white, milkbone shaped halves. I gave them the info, they sent a proof... I corrected it... I even sent them a better representation of what I was wanting using a program I was unfamiliar with, but conveyed what I was looking for. Because this was important to me. I lost my graphics programs when I replaced my computer, so I was relying on their "graphic designers" to bring my vision to reality. I told them exactly what I was wanting. They sent me another proof, to which I responded within about 5 hours, saying that the milkbones needed to be white, and smaller and the paw bigger and that will most likely be it. I heard nothing after that. Two weeks later I got a package, with the flag that I never approved the graphic on. So communication was okay, until they just seemed to get tired of me telling them that what they were sending me was not what I asked for. And literally, the first proof they sent me, was a regular pirate flag, with his paw put in the image, with what looked like MS paint.

In the end, I got subpar, unapproved design. The milkbone shapes, are just milkbones that had the saturation pulled out so they are whiteish, and I can still see the background from the image they used. The paw is smaller than the milkbones, and was supposed to be a focus point for the whole thing.

I don't know how they had such good reviews, but I recieved a image that I DID NOT approve, and still was charged. I will not use this company again most likely, and I can not in good mind recommend them.

Only reason they are getting two stars, is because the quality is.... okay. It isn't great, but it is okay. They printed two flags, and sewed them together... and that's all well and good, but they didn't sew in the center, and when I tested it in the wind.... It flies strangely. Like.... I don't fully trust it to not rip.

Submit your own design, because they will not get your vision correct, at all. And if you keep telling them it is wrong, they will eventually just send you the last design that they sent you.

Every single aspect about my custom flag experience with Anley has been barely passable to poor.
First off, the flag arrived over a week past the maximum delivery time, and when I wrote to them asking when it would arrive, I got a cryptic, poorly-spelled message that could be interpreted in multiple ways, that stated it would arrive in 5-8 days from this point (my best guess at an interpretation). It ended up arriving 10 days past that point, which was already the max promised delivery time.
I then opened the package, and found a badly-folded, creased flag, with significant printing errors. I checked my jpg of the flag, and it had no flaws whatsoever. The issue is that the black colours fade into the white of the flag, which is really disappointing, and makes it feel like cheap, sloppy printing. Furthermore, the material feels cheap, and is glossy to the point where it reflects light, meaning that colours are not clearly visible. The stitching is also a bright, glaring yellow, which I don't imagine would compliment any flag design, and stands out in distasteful way, if not to call it plain ugly.
