Unfortunately I. Ant give a 0 rate, absolutely a scam , ordered a dress , nothing like the pic, impossible to send back, do not order anything from them ever

Product took months to arrive. Asked for a refund - was told they would rather me keep the product as it’s a hassle to return to China and they would refund me a portion (if I’d known the product was being shipped directly from China I wouldn’t have ordered in the first place, knowing the clothing wouldn’t arrive by the date I needed it). To get past this terrible experience I agreed, however after multiple attempts I never heard from them again and no refund.
Last time I try to support a “local” company.

I tried to return a coat recently. zi followed their return procedure exactly and did not get a response. I emailed them to follow up after 2 week and still no response.
I will never buy anything ever again from this site nor will I recommend them.

DO NOT BUY from this company. THEY ARE NOT CREDIBLE. I never received my order. My credit card reimbursed my monies after I reported my concerns regarding fraudulent activity

Items did not fit. Paid way too much for what I received. When I contacted them on their form so I could return due to fit, they offered I could buy something else at half price instead of returning. I declined and asked for return address. 6 emails later, no reply. Now at the end of the 30 day window. I have lost over $150
The Vancouver piece is false advertising. IT looked authentic. I can't believe I got sucked in. Getting emails almost daily trying to sell their products. Those emails keep advertising their return policy as quoted here...
"Not happy with your order? No problem. You have 30 days to return it. Simply send us an email and we’ll provide you with clear instructions to make the return process easy. "
This is a scam site. I hope this warning helps people save their hard earned money.

This is a Chinese company posing as a Canadian business. Poor quality. Ordered a medium I swear it was a children’s sized medium. Couldn’t even get dress over my shoulders. Dress hens were loose and frayed. Sweater was cot out of the material with no hems to stop fraying. Brutal and a total scam.

The order #5898 was placed on December 23, 2025. It’s been a month and I still haven't received it.

THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I DEMAND A FULL REFUND.

I ordered a jacket for my wife for Christmas. When it arrived it wasn't anything like the picture; in fact it is hideous. I say is, and that is because I have made attempts to return jacket. They have no physical address; they have no phone numbers and although their website promises customer service and gives a return policy, they do not answer enquiries. This business is a complete scam and if you ever have an occasion to buy something from them... DON'T. For gawd sakes, run

Do not buy Ann and rose who are now saying they are closing out of BC… I ordered an item in November.. received it in January… it did not fit so I asked for the refund information and never heard from them only to get an email today saying they are closing and items are on sale…BUYER BE WARE… I lose $70.00 Canadian… so disappointed… they are hurting other reputable companies for their actions cause I scares you to trust.. unbelievable… shame on you….

Ordered an item on Dec 12 2025 and received an email on Dec 28 saying it’s been shipped and gave me an order # to track. When I went on the website and put in the number it said it couldn’t be found. I’ve sent 3 emails asking for any updates with no response.
Looking at everybody else’s reviews looks like I’ve been scammed as well! Buyer beware!

I have received one item but not the other.
This item received was advertised as a sweater (made in China) but it's a tee shirt. The other item I have not received and have asked for a refund but have had no response.

Ordered item dec 26th and still haven’t received it(Jan 13th). Have sent 2 emails but no replies

Finally got the product and it turned out to be completely different from what I ordered. The company offered a 30% refund if I kept the product. What they sent me was the ugliest shirt on the planet. No full refund was ossered or could I send it back.

So far this seems like total scam. The items I ordered are not at all what the photos looked like. I have tried contacting Anna & Rose through their available email addresses to arrange a return with no success. The company does advertise a 30 day return policy but if there is no way to contact them I will be out my $125.00!!!

After two months on of my orders arrived. I think the one I got was ordered from Temu and quality is awful. Buyer beware.

Annarosetoronto.com is promoting false information in their add on FB etc leading people to think they are affiliated with the Bureau of Commerce ( Ontario);they have an ON number on their site with words to contact them if people have any questions leading people to believe they can be contacted (calls to this number do not work) ; they advertise a thirty day refund if not satisfied and if you do I want a refund, there are a plethora of rules to qualify...more like barriers... and the advertisements have completely different products pictured than what they mail out. A buyer believes they are paying for a knitted sweater and then after paying and waiting for a few weeks, what arrives is a machine sewn polyester and nylon top. The only thing vaguely similar are the colours of the item. Vaguely. That is it.
The return of a client's ( my) money is dependent on client( me) phoning them all the way to Asia and the company deciding that you meet the criteria for a refund.
If you are accepted for a refund, they send you an label with their return address ( which is kept secret until that point). They instruct you not to return items to their main factory in Asia- that you must call the company (go through their proper procedure).

You are told that return postage is very expensive AND your responsibility.
They explain that this is only fair, since you got free postage on the original order.
There is some mention of being sent a different item if the issue was the wrong item being sent to customer, or a different size being sent, should that be the problem.

An actual refund minus a 15% restocking fee may be placed on the original card used to purchase the item.
This company is advertising false products and then placing so many barriers to their refund promise that the time and money spent chasing a refund means the customer ends up losing money either way.
This company deceives people into believing they are buying from a small Canadian enterprise run by two ladies in Toronto , however the clothing is mass produced and mailed from Asia. They advertise a sweater but send a machine-stitched polyester top of very low quality.

Hello all, if you have purchased from this company, obviously with a credit card (at way tooo much of a price) or if you are trying to return something, if it is still on your credit card, dispute the charges. I did and my credit card reversed the charges, I still haven't received my product and no feed back from this crappy company. I still can't believe I was scammed, I know better, not again.
I wish there was a way to reach out to people that have recently reviewed this scammy company.

My item was very slow to be delivered. Quality is poor. Wanted to return for a larger size (sizing is poor). I’m unable to find the return info on line, you need to get prior approval for a return, but no way to do that. Emailed several times with no response.

Shoddy product. I read TP reviews AFTER Placing my order. I know better. Has anyone been successful at returning something at no cost? The website says guaranteed 30-day refund. Who are these women (see website)?

Absolutely a scam, products ship from China. Ordered 2 sweaters one arrived one month late the second 2 months late. quality is not what is shown in add. If there was a rating in the negatives that is what i would have chosen.
