IF THISIS announcecerk, lousy lousy customer support.Never received item. No refund or resend. Lowest score possible and then some.

Absolutely a SCAM and unfortunately ordered just some swimming goggles that arrived completely broken and definitely unusable but they wouldn’t replace them or refund the full amount. BUYER BEWARE! Don’t buy a thing from this company!

If I could give them a negative rating, I would. I ordered my items 3 months ago. I keep getting these ridiculous tracking emails of the item being shipped from different countries. I will be quite surprised if I even receive my articles of clothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I ordered bee balm. I now see that this company, announcerk, is a scam. I did not get an email to track my order and have not heard anything from them. Do not order from them.

If I could give Announcerk a negative star rating, I would. This company is an absolute joke and has awful customer service. This company lies, steals money from customers, and is not fair or just I their communication. I ordered an item on 3/17 and immediately noticed I was charged $10 and some change more than the quoted and expected price. Within a few minutes after placing the order, I emailed the company and told them to cancel my order and refund me in full to my original payment because I was not happy with a company who sneakily over charges customers. Their first response consisted of lies stating they did not overcharge me, but that the system had a glitch. Yeah, okay. I then had to email them a second time and demand the cancellation of the item and a full refund. They returned my message stating the refund was given....BUT they only refunded me the $10 and change "glitch". I emailed them at least twice a day on 3/17, 3/18, 3/19 and again today, 3/20. They knew on 3/17 that I requested a cancellation of product and a full refund, yet they told me that I can not receive a refund because the order has been shipped out . When I sent yet another email calling them out for lying and basically stealing my money, they sent me back some BS reply telling me as a consumer I don't understand how the process of business works. So, here I am, still no refund, but yet no product in hand. Announcerk is an absolute joke with customer service that is rude, sneaky, and downright wrong. Announcerk is a SCAM company. DO NOT purchase from them.

Very fast shipping. Arrived on time and the shoes fit her as expected. The price was way cheaper than shopping local. Almost a $20 difference for the same product. I love the shoes. Didn't hurt her feet. She has a wider foot with a high arch so this was the shoe recommend for her. I will purchase this again next size!

Got these to wear with fall dresses. Didn’t expect them to be so comfortable at this price. They are very cushiony and fit and feel really good.

Wire brim was perfect for shaping, and the fabric is nice and durable.

I ordered a skeleton that was supposed to be a full one for yard and it took a month a a half to get. The customer service is terrible. I finally got the item it was a baby skeleton for a kid...... Now I dispute with paypal bc this is a Fraud company from China. Also costing $28 to ship back and I paid$42 for this crap. Thank god paypal is so helpful. It's a shame people have nothing else better to do then Scam people.... FRAUD WEBSITE STAY AWAY

Ordered a giant skeleton ground breaker in September, have waited for more than a month and have finally received the product day which turned out to be a little desktop craft piece instead of a 2 meters tall Halloween piece as described form their website. Have contacted their customer support and the only reply was this is the correct product I have ordered and they only offer refund for faulty product?? They generously offered $3 refund though as an act of kindness?! 😤

Scam company, claiming that they are in America and their goods are made and shipped from there. Ordered a skeleton groundbreaker months ago, 10/15 working days for shipping it’s now double that and the tracking info they’ve sent is stating china surprisingly 🙄 have raised a claim through PayPal for a refund because customer services asked me to continue to be patient even though they had no idea of ETA total SCAM. Avoid.
