There were some issues.
There were some issues.
I had already filled the details for a legal and general quote and they then passed me on to you which I did not understand would happen.
I then had to complete mostly the same information again. Time consuming process at a difficult point in time for me.
There was a field on the form concerning hospitalisation for acid reflux health issue. The field would not accept 0 (zero). This did not make sense! I had to enter 1 to progress. I hope this can be clarified later in the process. But still concerning.

The staff are very polite
The staff are very polite, helpful and so patient!! 😁 They are very good at explaining/simplifying what you are not sure about.
There is no pressure to give an answer over the phone, as to whether or not you wish to go ahead.
I would highly recommend calling this company 1st before you agree on any policy!

Economics of the mad house
Tbh I've not been at all impressed with the service received. Annuity Ready is part of the Legal and General Group and yet ironically I can get a better rate by applying through HL for instance - the improvement essentially being down to the lower commission HL takes as opposed to the internal commission one L&G unit pays another
Absolutely insane imo but clearly the L&G Board think otherwise.
