We implemented AnswerConnect to manage after-hours calls triggered by our safety systems, and it has been a complete game changer.
In our organization, multiple software platforms generate alerts when check-ins are missed or minor steps are overlooked. These “nuisance calls” were frequently happening after hours, on weekends, and even in the middle of the night, placing a significant strain on management and disrupting work-life balance.
Since introducing this service, those calls are now fully managed. This has not only eliminated unnecessary disruptions for our leadership team, but has also improved staff accountability around check-ins and documentation.
Having a live person available 24/7, following clear and detailed instructions, has brought an incredible sense of reliability and professionalism to our operations. Answer Connect Exceeds Performance as Compared to other Services
Prior to settling on Answer Connect, I had gone through four answering services. Despite the practice being small (3 employees) I spent at least 15 minutes a day trying to train the prior services' answering approach. That time adds up when you have business and clients to attend to.
Since making the switch to Answer Connect, I've not made any nightly calls. Answer Connect is professional and knows what to do.
In addition, props to the professional at Answer Connect who helped me design the script and flow. Ren was highly competent and thoughtful in her approach with the set up which is likely why I I haven't had to call back with corrections, as was the case with other answering services.
Bottom line, extremely satisfied. Thank you Answer Connect!
