Communication with your “Support” is like a non human conversation.

I’m not directly answered on the context in my messages. I only recieve suspiciously standard writings that doesn’t supply any subtext. It’s just meaningless.

Also what is up with your positive “I want to help”
but when having a issue it’s always
“I can’t” “we will investigate” or “we need time” and “please understand” and the worst “follow our forum”

It’s like the conversation becomes the issue, where your “advisors” are not offering real support or help.

You clearly take no responsibility.

And on top of that you demand that I should follow the issue on your forums, and that I only will receive updates on the issue on your forums.

That’s just the bottom of the whole experience. Is it designed to disolve the issue, or just buy u time, and give me the responsibility to do something about it; like following along on you forum.

Distasteful of you I think.
And it’s like this every time there’s an issue.

Never any actual fixing or compensation.

It’s like you don’t acknowledge that I actually payed for the game (your product).

Years back, I picked up Titanfall 1 and 2, complete with all the add-ons. It was a one-off deal—no subscription needed, and I could jump online anytime. I hadn’t touched it in ages, but the other day I got the urge to relive the good old days, so I set up Titanfall 2 again and even grabbed the newest expansions. Turns out, only the solo mode works now, and the online part? Completely locked off. Don’t waste your cash on this service—they’ve shoved everyone onto some subscription nonsense and basically stolen what I already paid for. Absolute filth!

Bought a game for PS 5 and the damn thing will not allow progression without downloading patch (Jedi Survivior) . There are many complaints. The update ran ALL day today with no results. They have not email allowed and they have poor ratings for customer service . Avoid at all costs

The worst company I know. Shareholders are rightly turning away, the share price is constantly falling and that is the result of their bad games. Whether it's FC25, Sims, Battlefield or others, the complaints never end. An arrogant company that doesn't seem to care about its users. Shame on you, EA

Es posiblemente la peor compañía de juegos que hay, muchos indies les superan, prácticamente hacen mal todo y la asistencia es mala, lenta e ineficaz. No recomiendo a nadie que compre juegos hechos o distribuidos por esta compañía.

Constant issues with linking xbox account for years now. Asked EA multiple times to fix it. By now I can't login anymore as my account is already linked to a disabled account in their account database.

In the meantime my account works fine on the desktop, but lost 50% of my games due to this action.

How difficult is this, maybe don't hire such a poop customer care.

Fed up with this company and boycotting it from now on. Coitus YOU EA!

They banned me again for criticizing their bad controls on The Sims 4 for Consoles! And y'know what? Since I watch the stocks, EA is on a downward tailspin! Maybe when enough people heavily criticize this bad service, they will fall to their DOOM!
