Business done right...

The cover on the pop up dummy is high quality and should last a long time.

The base of the pop up dummy is not symmetrical and tilts the entire thing to the side. It also does not pop up automatically because the bottom has a flat section and is not rounded. The base is also not placed inside the bottom covering evenly, by multiple inches, so zipping and Velcro-ing the top in place was more challenging than it should have been. I don’t think there’s a way to readjust the bottom covering. The substance poured in to make the heavy base sticky (some kind of tar) and sticks to the covering, making it impossible to adjust.

It was what I expected and came relatively fast

The only problem I have is the bat the bat is not what it is advertise. It was just like the $30 bats it seems like the bat industry is a big rip off taking money from little kids parents for a $500 bat is a joke. The bat will be used for one year and never touched again. This is nothing to do with your business very professional no problems.

Fast delivery, great product!

The product was as expected. The delivery time was not (nearly a month). The product was behind schedule and the tracking information shared was not helpful in estimating arrival.
I emailed inquiring about delivery time and was told it was the manufacturer's fault and would still take another week. Coincidentally enough, it arrived a day or two later.
I needed to order the same product in a different size and ended up just going with Amazon, unfortunately.
I used to coach at the high school level and prefer to go through non Amazon businesses, but my experience makes me weary to order again.

Edited to add: I was contacted by the customer service rep. with an apology and a solution to compensate for falling short.
With this level of customer service, I am inclined to order again from Anthem Sports.

Christina (and the whole Anthem team) have been great to work with for baseball and softball equipment for our local little league. Great inventory and pricing, with fast shipping or local pickup. I can't recommend them enough!

I was told it was on back order until 4/21 then it came early now I either pay $90 to ship back or I'm stuck with this bag when I had to buy another one I was unaware of it being on back order until I called bought another one it came early. UGH!!!

Easy to order and shipped quickly!

Working with Anthem Sports was great! The problem began with the factory now trying to meet our on site date. Then compounding the problem was the carrier. They took 5 days to deliver the product that was 142 miles away! Their customer service was awful. Anthem should have made it clear to the factory and carrier to meet the customer requirement date!
