I had a great experience doing a direct purchase and the entire process was very smooth from start to finish. Mary was an excellent representative throughout the whole process she was friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer my questions without any pressure. Communication was clear, everything was handled efficiently, and I felt comfortable every step of the way. I would definitely recommend working with Mary and would use this company again in the future.

NEVER use this group. I started with a $32,000 tax debt which started from a divorce; they passed me on to well over a dozen tax preparers all over the United States, gave me very poor advice and I am now in debt over $56K after doing what they asked me every time. They took over 4 1/2 YEARS to get this done. Every time I offered to pay each years' taxes they finished I was told NOT to pay because they would see what could be "negotiated". NOTHING was ever negotiated! It was all accrued taxes with penalties over all that time. I had to pay a hefty fee for them to finally give it to the IRS and have spent over $13K at Anthem just to get it there. I'm now in even bigger debt than I ever imagined, just doing what they asked me to do.

Shortly after they "closed" my case, I received a call from their Anthem Gold Group wanting to sell me some gold, literally reading right from my personal and confidential tax information. I was stunned! I called the main office several times, but no one would talk to me except the receptionist who came back from the managers office with an "oops, so sorry". He has never returned my calls! So, I'm left with a huge debt which was never reduced let alone negotiated with the IRS. Stay away from Anthem! Find another tax group!

As a senior citizen, I was concerned about my retirement account being in the stock market, so I contacted Anthem Gold Group to inquire about rolling over to a precious metals based retirement account. I have been very pleased with the help & guidance of the staff. They always keep in touch to help out. I’m pleased!

Both Danny and Adam SR partners at Anthem Gold Group and others made claims to the public I felt were unscrupulous and dishonest. AGG contacted their tax firm they own Anthem Tax Services to solicit their clients from ATS for investment in gold and silver with what I thought was ignoring their privacy rights by selling them products from another subsidiary business AGG owned. Also, the marketing strategy AGG uses I strongly feel is dishonest and outright unscrupulous. I feel in my personal opinion AGG does not make customers understand that after commission based sales people and the firm itself collect anywhere from 20 percent from clients or I think potentially FAR more from the cost to buy gold from AGG it substantially reduces their investment without customers aware of this. This in itself I believe greatly reduces the amount of the customers principle investment in gold. Also, many of the reviews Danny and Adam made were I believe posted by fellow workers at Anthem Gold Group.

Furthermore, when customers re sell their gold and silver investment they lose a significant amount of money on their investment by trying to sell their gold and silver back to companies just like AGG and others by taking sizable fees on any buy back. This I strongly feel in my opinion greatly reduces a customers investment front to back end. I do not feel a lot of clients or potential customers at AGG are aware of this and lose significant portions of their principle right after buying gold due to these very high sales fees.

I would like to recommend Anthem Gold as a place to buy metals. I had a great experience with the agent Jeremy Walker. He is honest and will give you all of the required facts in buying gold.

I was new at this market and he explained everything very well. When you call his number he answers right away, which is so rare today. He is very attentive and let's you know what is going on with the order. He will communicate with you on the status of your order every step of the way.

I had tried other companies and their was a lot of red tape. They were giving me different prices and were trying to sell me something I did not want. Jeremy considered what I could afford and gave me a good price.

In this purchase you want somebody you can trust and buying from a good company. You have both with Anthem gold and Jeremy. He is somebody you can trust and he delivered in a timely manner. I recommend him for all metal purchases. I will be buying metals again from him and Anthem Gold.

I spoke to a handful of companies before making the decision to choose Anthem to handle my investment. Their prices were competitive but above all I chose them because I felt the most comfortable. They didn't use high pressure tactics and took the time to explain the whole process and answer all of my questions. I had limited knowledge about different investment strategies with gold beforehand but they educated me further. I would highly recommend speaking to them before making an investment with gold.

I called around and Anthem gave me the best price on a buyback for my American Eagle proof set. I inherited them so I didn’t really know what they were worth. After talking with the inventory specialist i decided not to sell them as he recommended to hold them since gold is still going up. I appreciated his honesty and information greatly.

I went in with my sister to buy gold. She’s an FA and recommended Anthem after shopping around. I didn’t have to do much because Mark and Adam made it super easy. I got a mixture of bars and coins and had to get some Elks because it was my dad’s favorite animal. I might get some platinum if it keeps going up!

I don’t normally leave reviews but Carlton just made my day. I wanted to buy on Monday but didn’t have the funds until today…Carlton honored the price from Monday even though gold surged the whole week. I can’t wait to get my metals in my hand! Yay!!
