Unfortunately, one of the items from my recent order arrived damaged, despite being very well packaged. I contacted the sales team and they couldn’t have been more helpful, replacing the item at no charge and without any fuss.

Was going to a family wedding when 2 days before we spotted a stain on my husbands Jacket.He had already purchased trousers shirt and tie to match it in store

Fran was a total life saver,he matched what I had to different jackets that my husband could choose from when I bought them home,he couldn'tgo into store as he was away working

We had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Frank in the menswear section at Antony Ryan’s Galway while shopping for our son’s Confirmation and daughter’s Communion, and I honestly couldn’t recommend him enough.
From the moment we arrived, Frank was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He seemed to instantly understand exactly the style and look my husband was after, and styled him perfectly. Nothing felt rushed or pushy, which made the whole experience so enjoyable and relaxed.
His eye for detail, patience, and genuine customer care really stood out. Shopping for special family occasions can sometimes feel stressful, but Frank made it effortless and even enjoyable.
A real credit to Antony Ryan’s. We’ll definitely be back looking for Frank again!

Ordered online and followed up by a phone call a couple of days later to be reassured by customer service my order was on way.
Then today an email to say order not in stock but no words of apology or offer to source elsewhere after taking my money and postage. Very disappointed and will not buy from them again

My friend from America sent me a Normann jacket as a birthday gift, but it did not quite fit so I went to exchange it. The process was easy and they were extremely helpful, going to huge effort to source the jacket I wanted in the correct size and colour. It took a few weeks, but they rang to say it had arrived and I went to get it. It is gorgeous and I'm very pleased with it. Huge thanks to all at Ryan's, particularly Deirdre, from whom I collected the jacket.

My 12 year old daughter and I bought a beautiful Confirmation dress here from a Spanish label during a weekend break in Galway. The lady who assisted us was brilliant, professional, helpful and offered excellent constructive feedback on the many outfits tried on! She never rushed us or pressurised us to buy. Because it was such a positive and relaxing shopping experience, we decided to try sort out the cardi/jacket which we did. My daughter also chose a lovely pair of trendy jeans cos she was on a roll!! Everything was beautifully wrapped up as we chatted to the lovely sales assistant. I didn't catch her name but she had short dark hair & glasses. She deserves a bonus. While dealing with us she also sorted out a communion dress and all the trimmings to the girl in the changing room beside us!!

We visited Anthony Ryan's in Galway today and were assisted by Lorraine..She was incredibly helpful to myself, my Mum and sister. Nothing was too much trouble. She was so pleasant to deal with and a fantastic ambassador for the store. So lovely to meet such a genuine and lovely person.
