I arrived 2 hours early to be able to go through security and find the terminal. They have reached out every step of the way reassuring me making sure I have a clearl understanding and feel safe. I was sketchy reading reviews saying it is a scam but it is not. I enjoyed my experience.

June is very professional and showed great customer service.i am satified with their services.

I was skeptical at starting but everything ended well.they sent me boarding passes 1w houra before the flight and i got the best deals on american airlines.

I am still waiting for a refund of over £700 for flights I booked and was told the night before I had to change dates as I was not booked onto the flight. I have a recording of a member of staff confirming they would fully refund and still not received this. I have emailed over 60 times and called 20+ times. Please do not book with this company they are total scams!!!!
I have been given advice from a solicitor who has advised me to open a case with the small claims court. Please can anyone advise me if the company still exists as I cannot get hold of anyone!!!

This company need to improve their customer service availability time as they are not available 24/7.

However there supervisor shelby helped me finding cheap tickets..

Overall they are good to try when we have limited budget.

Do not use this company. Our original booking was changed many times, we were asked for more money, we were informed that there was a scheduled changed, we had very little correspondence via email. In the end we asked for our money back as we did not trust the company. That was 4 months ago. We still do not have our money back. It is exhausting phoning the company every day, we have been promised so many times that the money will be sent and it hasn't. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Don't believe these guys at all. Rohan is the manager/director for this company and these guys, cheated enough in CO.UK website, now they started another company .COM. Very bad experience and asked me to give a chance, once I have highlighted by referring the reviews in .CO.UK and it’s like terrible these guys, “trust” they will use, it’s a bull shit. DON’T trust these guys..First they will book the tickets and after that it will be cancelled in AirIndia websites, these guys will say, it’s website problem, again these guys books the ticket and show us that it’s confirmed l, but in a days time again AirIndia site will say these are cancelled..it’s look like this is scam..They will try to do properly for small amount and they will cheat for the big amount, my tickets are 7, for 2 members they processed it and 5 members they told us before 1 day, we can not confirm the ticket, and they will say 200% will refund, but its already been months where I did not get any amount.

Coming to refund - £7100 I have paid this much extra on 16th Sept(no tickets got confirmed before 1 day), till now they did not return, always they say, by Friday, you will get the refund, but it’s already many Friday’s got moved and now not sure, tickets fake and money refund also not happening and Rohan will says TRUST me, but don’t trust at all in this company. Very very bad experience and my life is tired of chasing them, and they will tell, will call you, but they will never call and explain..it’s very bad agency..plz by seeing this review, plz don’t pay any amount or do any bank transfer, first they will say very small amount, once we do that, then request for more money and they will not return the money…so DON'T go with these guys..

Another big thing is, One guy will have different names and talks. So be cautious and I will not recommend to go with these guys at all.
