Extremely quick from the point of ordering and delivery. I needed to give security approval for the keys to be cut, which was all communicated very well, and delivered next day.

Very good company to deal with. The keys are excellent quality and are delivered very quickly. I am impressed by this company and would use again. They also include a little signed note which I think is a lovely touch.

Everything simple and easy to do with Cassie contacting me to check it was correct. I failure on DPD delivery was soon sorted out with Cassie and delivery was made. A company who really does have Service as a number one priority. A local firm who are trusted to deliver.

Needed a new 3*, Sold Secure Diamond profile euro profile cylinder for our composite front door. Very happy to have found the Titan HS store for my Ultion lock, which meets/exceeds all the security standards.

Price was excellent, service even better. I originally ordered the key/key (entirely my fault on website) when I wanted Key/thumbturn. No drama, as I was contacted by Cassie to verify all my order details and she quickly put everything right with no drama.
This is great practice as verifying internal and external measurements and lock finish won't be second nature unless you're in the Trade.
I needed extra keys and everything was delivered by DPD (one hour slot) after 3/4 days.

This company was a great find for Ultion locks and an Ultion Padlock for my home. I had quite specific requirements (locks of different colours, some with thumb turn, some sets keyed alike, and cylinders of various different sizes etc.) I emailed a few different companies for quotes and this one came back with the cheapest price. When I went ahead with the order Alun contacted me before the locks were built to ensure the order was exactly what I was after and to make sure he had the order correct. Communication was great throughout and I got exactly what I was after. Thank you! If I or anyone I know is looking for Ultion locks I will have no problem in recommending this company!
