Bargain prices and great service!
The process was smooth and quick and the product was genuine and exactly what I ordered.
Was unsure if this was a scam site as the prices were very cheap, but I called Bristant Secure (Ultion) and they confirmed they supplied this store and I can confirm the Mul-T-Lock I got was genuine and works perfect. Thanks!

I wanted to upgrade my lock set on my front UPVC door as I'd received a number of alerts in my area about lock snapping. I'm not qualified in dealing with locks so I took to google and purchased a 3 star Ultion lock from TITAN and a 2 star PAS24 handle elsewhere.
I accidentally ordered the wrong size cylinder and they were happy to replace it. They assisted me further than they needed too and I have now installed the lock and I am incredibly happy.
Will order again !

Really good service. I ordered 2 "Ultion" brand keys on Sunday 13/11/22. There was a slight problem with the order, which was dealt with by email promptly. I think this was brilliant service considering that it was a Sunday evening.
The order was confirmed on Monday morning and the keys received on Tuesday.
Would have awarded 5 stars if the keys were not so b#####dy expensive. (Though this is not a criticism of Titan/Snaplock as the high price of anything "Ultion" branded seems pretty universal.
