Sleeping better
I have used it for five days, it takes some getting used to as it’s quite bulky. I don’t keep it in all night as it makes my teeth ache I use it at times I know my snoring is an issue, usually when I first go to bed and go into a deep sleep. My husband is now sleeping much better without me disturbing him and I am as well knowing this.

I have to say that Paul and Sarah responded immediately and sent a replacement by return which has just arrived. I originally bought two mouthpieces. It worked to stop my snoring
I've tried several mouth guards over the past few years, but this one seems to be the best I've used in both reducing snoring. It's a bit expensive compared with some cheaper models out there, but it's worth every penny.

After a few nights it has fallen apart. The upper part doesn't move forward enough and is uncomfortable. Would not buy this again.

Perhaps we have not been clear enough in our instruction manual. We look into how to improve this.
The lower part should be moving forward with an intensity from 1 to 10 millimeter, freeing up the airway, thus preventing snoring. Imprinted on the front it states what the upper and lower piece is. Because this is transparent it could be harder to spot.
If I read your feedback it could also be a defect.
Either way your satisfaction is of the utmost importance for us.

This actually works
This actually works. I tried several different devices over the years without success. I was pleasantly surprised with Dr. Anti Snore. Easy to use and it worked on the first attempt. My wife hasn't gone to the spare room since I got it.
