How safe and secure the website is. How fast my product was shipped out.

Bought a (what I thought was a new laptop) had 2 screws falling out of the bottom when I took it out of box. I would no take a charge, tried several different power cords to no avail. Replaced the battery from a new Acer laptop I had on the shelf, and it finally charged. I called support and they sent me an email telling me to return, which I could not do as this laptop was to be set up at a nursing home to run critical medical equipment the day I received it. I replied to the email with the issues I was having several times to Bob Anderson RMA Manager, and he never replied. I am still in need of a new battery I replaced.

Didn’t receive my order. Investigation has been pending for several weeks

Nice value on the products but the shipping price seemed excessive and not clear. Several similar items have free shipping while the product I order cost $55 to ship it. It feels like a hidden fee when it's unexpected like that.

I was a bit skeptical purchasing a PS5 on this site since I never heard of them. However, emails were constantly sent on the status of my order even upon delivery; which happened in a matter of days. Very satisfied and highly recommended.

I was looking for a gaming computer as a present and this was the best at the price point. It was shipped quickly and lived through having a canned dog food delivery stacked on top of it.

Company advertised two-day shipping for a CPU (i7-12700KF, if that has any relevance). I placed my order on 12/21 and, as of late 12/29, I have not received the package. The last I heard regarding the package was that it had arrived at a warehouse in Georgia on 12/23. I have reached out to antonline four separate times now. When I asked for a full refund of the missing product, they responded,

"I'm so sorry, that order shows pulled and packed, then dropped in sealed shipping containers for pickup and transfer to a regional shipping hub on the next business day. Most orders are pulled and packed real time as orders come in by automated sorting equipment - 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. Again we are sorry the order was already too far in process."

If Amazon lost my package with no delivery date in sight, they wouldn't respond with "sucks to suck, my man." I took a risk trying to order from a less-known retailer, and I am paying for it. I did speak earlier today with a very understanding, helpful call center representative (can't remember his name or I would shout him out) who seemed like he was genuinely going to try to help me to the best of his ability, so that interaction constitutes the one bright spot in all of this. After antonline refused to refund my money, I tried to re-petition them to, at the very least, refund me the extra money I paid for expedited shipping. I have yet to hear back from them or see any refunded money. The whole thing reeks of unethical business practices, and I cannot more strongly recommend against using them as a retailer.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Ordered through Walmart. Walmart has to be the one to take care of my missing product. They were non responsive when I provided what they asked for when they either short shipped me an Xbox elite controller or someone stole it when they were shipping as the package was opened and taped back up when delivered.

If there is an issues for something you pod for don’t plan on them fixing it.

Things shipped and recieved before christmas.

How fast and worry free the entire process was. That’s the reason I keep coming back to you guys.

The company really went above and beyond to make sure that the packaging was wrapped securely. I felt confident when I picked up my package from the FedEx terminal that the contents would be safe. When I got home the PlayStation five and all the bundle accessory’s were undamaged. They were very good at updating me every step of the way, and I would definitely use them again. I wish that they would get UPS to deliver instead of Fedex. Fedex did not attempt to even deliver my package but thankfully being a former package driver, I picked up the package from the terminal myself. This is definitely not a knock against ANTonline because they did a good job and it’s out of this company’s hands what Fedex does.

Box was on my step within 3 days

We raffled the PlayStation off in a low income area and the kid who won was ecstatic and came to tears

Worst customer service I've dealt with in a long time. I bought a ps5 bundle. The game voucher code that came with it had already been used. They told me to contact Sony. I was denied by Sony and was told to ask the seller for a replacement or refund. I called antonline and they said they would replace it and I would hear back by email by the end of the day. Nothing. Called back the next day and they said it could take 48 hours. Still nothing. Called the 4th day and the gentleman said he was going to escalate the problem himself and I would hear back by the end of the day. Still nothing. Now when I call its as if my number has been flagged. It does not allow me to speak to anyone and only plays a recording of the hours they are open and hangs up even when I'm calling within those hours. I got the runaround and ultimately got took by these people. They did nothing to fix the situation. Beware

So Far. Gift has yet to be opened for Christmas, but delivery was fine

Fast shipping and great packaging no damage to the console, will be buying any future next gen consoles from this site.

initial purchase email didnt include any info a bout my order which is a small frustration

I ordered an expensive projector on Black Friday. Great price. They never shipped and instead made up a story that the transaction was suspect. I am a very affluent consumer who paid with Amex Platinum.
They are a scam --suck you in with prices and then don't deliver.
Shameful and dishonest.

Fast delivery, quick support response and great deals. I will definitely use Antonline again.
