Could not be more pleased with my purchases, excellent quality & love the quirkyness of them.

I did have an issue with my order, however this was resolved so quickly after my initial contact with the Customer Service team, Amy went above & beyond to make sure my replacement item arrived before my holiday.

Will definitely be making more purchases in the future.

Both my sister and I returned the oversized bum bag after only three months of use, we loved the colour and style but the quality was very disappointing. The zip area became worn/discoloured and the inside disintegrated. While they are very cool bags, in our opinion not fit for purpose which was very disappointing.

My original order went missing and Amy was extremely helpful and offered top class customer service. My replacement order was despatched without any delay. I would highly recommend buying from this company!

I could not recommend Anxious Preoccupied enough. They have gone above and beyond for me in helping me getting my bag and helping me out when the bag I ordered wasn’t in stock. I was deadly with Amy and honestly nothing was a hassle. One of the best customers I have ever dealt with. I highly highly recommend them. Thanks again guys.

Had a minor issue with my bag, so I contacted customer service and Amy was brilliant. She was so friendly and helpful, and responded really quickly. She sorted everything out for me and my new bag arrived so quickly.
I already love the bags, but the customer service really impressed me. Amy couldn’t have been more helpful, she’s a credit to the company and I hope she’s appreciated as much as she deserves to be! 🤩

I am in love with these bags. I’ve bought two and I have another one in my shopping cart. The quality is amazing. The design is spectacular. This is easily become my favorite handbag brand.

Daughter ordered a bag to start 6th form. Wrong bag was delivered and heard nothing back after about 10 emails sent. No phone number or chat to talk to a real person. She bought this with her summer job money. Please can someone sort this out for her.

The silver wore off after one use. I returned and waiting over a month for a new one. Although I worry the same may happen a new one. And they are not cheap and would expect better quality.

Absolutely obsessed with my bags. I got the mid tote and the organiser as well as the small clutch and they’re absolutely gorgeous and so useful. I use the tote as my baby & toddler’s changing back for when we go out and I’ve gotten so many compliments. Customer service is really good too, Amy is super friendly and helpful!

Unfortunately although they are lovely bags they are not durable at all. My large bum bag/cross body bag was delivered perfectly. However after only a few uses it has worn. The metallic pink has come off. For a bag that cost over £100 I would not expect this. It’s a shame as they look lovely. I was offered an exchange or refund once I sent the bag back but the bag style is out of stock anyway. I was going to buy another but sadly won’t. I’ll be going back to the previous make I’ve bought before which has lasted and lasted including muddy dog walks and my children borrowing it!!

I have to say I’ve had the best experience ever, I was a little disappointed when I initially ordered my bag because it was a pre-order at that stage I thought I was going to be waiting a long long time but it did come at the end of July as promised when I got my bag there was a mark on the back of it. I really wanted to start using it but I had written to customer service they had responded to me immediately they were very very responsive. Customer service communication was very personal, email rather than customer service went out of their way to make sure that I had a replacement bag. I really wanted to use this bag by next week so they arranged for me to go to pick it up rather than having to use the postage method. When I went to the logistics company in Laois the girl that was there waiting to receive my bag and give me the new one, was absolutely lovely. She was so nice and friendly. I just felt that I would absolutely be a return customer hopefully they always remain and have that good customer service and Joanne keeps banging out these fab design ideas! The bag is handmade and of beautiful quality! I love my bag. I say girls just do it, just treat yourselves !!

I just want to write a quick review to say how impressed I’ve been with Anxious Preoccupied’s customer service. I accidentally ordered the incorrect size bag, sent a quick email asking to swap and Amy has been excellent at sorting it all out for me and really quickly to boot!that aside I’m in love with my bag too!!( Gold mid size tote bag) I’ll defo be back to purchase another.

I had an issue with my gold barrel bag and emailed customer service. They were incredibly prompt and helpful. Within days I had a replacement bag. I was very impressed by the quality of customer service as well as the bag I purchased. I would highly recommend to Anxious Preoccupied to anyone!!

Ordered the gold oversized tote but was way too big for what I wanted. When trying to return/get a refund, the process seemed a little odd at first. However, stick with it because although they ask for payment upfront for the return label, my bag was accepted and I received a full refund.
Have now ordered the mid size tote see if that’s a better fit and I can’t wait!

First bag arrived with dents and marks and when I sent it back they could only replace with the new zip version so I had to pay the price difference

New bag arrives today with purple marks on the front and back , looks like paint or nail polish

So unbelievably disappointed

Came on to say that although I had multiple issues, the company resolved them and I am now very happy with the replacement bag I received today

There was an issue with my order and it was handled promptly and fixed immediately. The quality of the products are unbelievable. Like butter to hold.

Must say the service i received after I had a problem with my sliver tote bag (2 marks on it) was so professional.
I sent back the bag and within the week I had a replacement bag which i love, so happy with it.
Do not hesitate to order, stunning bag.

I pre-ordered a tote which didn't take very long to arrive. I changed my mind & wanted to exchange it for the zipped version. I dealt with Amy in customer service & she was extremely helpful & professional in her approach. I wouldn't hesitate in purchasing from Anxious Preocupied as I will be again. Their product is beautiful & packaged very nicely. Well done!

I ordered a bag in April and was told that it was being made and was given vague delivery, which was then delayed. The bag was expensive so I was a little worried however I have just received my mid sized tote and I am totally blown away by the quality feel and size of the bag, it is gorgeous! Totally worth the wait . Also I had a question during the ordering process and customer service was excellent kept in touch and offered full refund if I wanted it, I didn’t and I am so glad I didn’t I Highly recommend this company I have already placed an order for another!
