Had an international order and did not get any confirmation about the status of my package.
However, upon request I was provided with detailed information off how the delivery status within 24h, and it turned out that my package was delivered on the predicted day.
TL;DR: Reliable service and friendly support.

I received this book on 16 Jan, only 6 days after placing the order. I am so glad the complete Abebooks order no (662565152) was given - this respects customer rights to be informed they have received what they paid for, you give an email address for the original seller, and you sent this book in a strong envelope. All books need protection in the post. This is exactly what I expect in mail orders.

For many years, I've wanted to own a copy of a particular out-of-print book. The few copies being offered online are priced way out of my range. Right before Christmas, I learned that Anybook Ltd had a copy for sale at a very reasonable price. I ordered a single vintage volume through Biblio.com from Anybook, Ltd. recently. Simone contacted me via email when they located the book, because they found that neither copy that they had available quite met their standards, to determine whether I still wanted the volume. I was willing to take a chance on it and asked that she select the better of the two (in her judgment) and to send it on. It crossed the Atlantic and arrived at my door safely, and surpassed my expectations on receipt, based upon her description. I Bought a book on 10/31/2022. The company posted on 11/03/2022 in the UK. On 11/08/2022 it arrived in my hands in Brazil (5 days). A book in excellent condition. Thanks Anybook.

A great collection, reasonable prices and a friendly site!

I recommend Anybook Ltd, based in Lincoln, U.K. for online purchases of fairly priced antiquarian books. I have thus far bought four times from them, placing orders from the U.S., and the books were as described and arrived safely. As for shipping, it is best to contact them before ordering to ask what the options are....Customer service is reliable, I have both, contacted them by phone and email, and always found someone to help me with queries and photos of the book. Many of their books are ex-library and so good as reference copies, if not copies to collect.
