We are loving our new Sauna. Ryan (and the sales team) were great, lots of info, very little pressure! Easy to assemble (with 2 people) and if you pre-heat it in a controlled space it’s gets really nice and warm. Only 2 weeks in — but very happy with our purchase after lots of research.

My Anysauna order just got delivered and I'm very happy with my new sauna :) Shipping was smooth and assembly was easy. My wife and I put it together in no time. The sauna heats up really quickly and the cabin feels solid. The wood looks fantastic! I definitely recommend AnySauna if you want a quality sauna and strong support behind it..

I purchased a Dynamic Barcelona Sauna from AnySauna and received it on time. The sauna was easy to assemble and is built with quality materials. it's very simple to use. I've received excellent customer support from the AnySauna team both before and after the purchase - they promptly responded to all of my questions. We bought and paid for a WS122 model steam shower on Feb 11, 2022. After many "delays" blamed on others, we finally received the unit on April 13. But NOW we can't get anyone to answer issues covered by their 1 yr warranty. We have been told to call SteamShowers4Less so AnySauna doesn't have to deal with the problem. SteamShowes4Less has no interest in this sale, so we're stuck and might have to use a lawyer to get any warraty issues taken care of. You would think when you pay almost $5400 for a unit, that the selling company would treat you better than a piece of dirt.

After receiving the shipping information it took some coordinating to get the item delivered thanks to the robot-like employee I dealt with at the delivery company, curbside. We had to have it loaded on our pickup truck and bring it up to the house - more than fifty feet and it was raining cats and dogs :-( .
With that said the item was received in great condition, packaging was excellent. The directions were followed with the help of a youtube video. Once you get every piece lined up the entire sauna literally falls into place....but be sure every piece lines up perfectly, or you will have some trouble.
Once the setup iss complete you jut need to sit back and enjoy good health and good feelings. Love it. Get the back rests if you can, they help a lot.
