For me, it's the best one i have joined. I've been a member of some nice gyms in town but AF is the most efficient one. Gym is cleam, water dispenser is decent and you can get to have your own privacy in the bathroom after shower which i think is one of the selling point and my PT he is the best!

Cancelling was a nightmare. Gave written notice by email in February, which the gym acknowledged and confirmed termination. Cancelled my direct debit as I'd paid everything owed under the notice period.

The gym then continued charging, added late fees for failed direct debits, and ignored my emails asking for a breakdown of what I supposedly owed. When I tried to cancel through their website, it wouldn't let me proceed without reinstating the DD and paying the disputed amount first.

I contacted them directly in April offering to pay whatever I legitimately owed. No response. They passed the account to a debt collection agency instead.

A £55 monthly membership turned into a £200 collections demand because the gym refused to engage with a straightforward question: what do I actually owe? Their own T&Cs and their own emails confirm I owed one month. They chased me for two plus late fees.

The gym itself was fine. The cancellation process is designed to make leaving as difficult and expensive as possible.

Progressively getting worse I have been a founder member . Now some lights not working in showers , they leak and smell . Water filter only just changed on red last 7 months . 3 rd shower not worked for last 4 yrs . No paper rolls on any stations for wiping down equipment . Work out program on screen not working .. Not staffed very often in the last 4 months .

I am extremely disappointed by the appalling way **Anytime Fitness West Hendon** has handled my membership cancellation.

On **21 February 2026**, I informed the club that I was due to undergo surgery and was explicitly assured that my membership had been cancelled. I relied on that assurance. Instead, I was shocked to receive debt collection letters for alleged outstanding membership fees.

To make matters worse, after the business publicly replied to my previous Google review promising that someone would contact me within five days, absolutely no one did. That response now appears to have been nothing more than an empty promise.

Since February, I have sent numerous emails, made repeated phone calls, requested multiple callbacks from Munir, and even visited the gym on several occasions specifically to speak with him. Each time, he avoided speaking with me or failed to return my calls. I have made every reasonable effort to resolve this matter privately, but the club has consistently ignored me.

As a direct result of the misinformation I was given and the club's complete failure to address my complaint, I now have only two days to deal with debt collectors over charges that should never have arisen in the first place.

This review is only the beginning of my account of how this complaint has been handled. Everything I have written is based solely on my personal experience and is supported by my communications and interactions with the club.

Worcester is a nice friendly gym I was always sceptical of gyms and was never interested in them but worcester is great nice location and I have the freedom to choose when its relatively quiet un there as u can see on the app its busy times.

I love my gym

I joined as a complete beginner and couldn't be happier! The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming, and the gym is very well equipped with everything you need. The 24/7 access is a huge bonus for fitting workouts around a busy family schedule. Highly recommend to anyone at any fitness level!

Quite possibly the worst gym in the uk, very small with no real variety of machines, the parking is very limited and unless you arrive at 4:30am or earlier you won’t get parked, even when you do manage to get parked you end up getting blocked in by other users or businesses, at 1 point I was blocked in for a delivery for papa johns which then made me 25 mins late for work.. for these reasons I have been trying to cancel as per the 14 day cool of period which is a statutory right by law however they are trying to argue this.. the thought of being stuck at this gym for a year is sickening and the manager is an absolute nightmare to deal with with no clue of statutory rights or the law

Great gym. I love that I can go whenever suits me, usually quite early in the mornings for me. The staff are great, and I’m looking forward to my free consultation with a personal trainer. The equipment is excellent too - everything you need, and plenty of it, is there. Delighted to be a member here.

This is the first time I have joined a gym and the whole experience has been enjoyable and I feel that help is always there when needed.

Very good Gym. The environment is very peaceful. Friendly atmosphere. Sometimes I couldn't find any staff around even during the staff time, but other members are very helpful.

I regularly go to anytime fitness in putney and its clean and well maintained gym. I only go on nights after my work.
The other day I was getting late so I went to anytime fitness in feltham from out side it looks great but as soon as you step in the smell of shit right in your face. Whole of the gym was in chaos all the weights were off the racks on the floor left on the machines sweat on the bench. Awful experience.

Great addition to the Broadway. A wall mounted clock installed would be the cherry on the cake!

Well equipped gym, with all facilities and equipment kept clean, secure entry.
I've been going to this gym for a few weeks and it's very handy being able to drop in any time I've got spare.

The overall welcoming staff and energy at the gym is amazing, makes going anytime a pleasure and always helpful. overall gym cleanliness is also very good, equipment is always available and clean, never have a issue and i use the gym 5-7 times a week, weather its working out or using the recovery equipment.

This gym is great! Love the separate weight room, never crowded and always clean. Staff are super friendly and helpful. I’d recommend to anyone to join this gym.

Great to be back here at the gym. The gym looks amazing with all the equipment and renovations. Ritchie & his team does a great job so welcoming and professional. The place is so clean and has a high level standard.
