Very easy application process and prompt resolution of claim. Could not be more satisfied.

It really helps to be able to talk to real people when you have questions about filing the claim. It took a few weeks due to delays on my end. My airline took a while res ponding. I was given options for submitting my information which was so helpful. I am a non-tech person so I found a way to get it done with the help given. Once it was approved, the payment was fast. Good service, nice people, good instructions.

It only took AON about 5 business days to review and approve the claim. I got my claim money easily through online deposit. Your website, right from the start, specified the documents that needed to be submitted.

Aon responded quickly and approved claim without any issues and in my favor. Excellent service and kept their word and commitment to me.

The only problem I faced was technical as I had issues with submitting the application. When trying to submit the application it would cycled endlessly and I had to stop the process and retry the next day.

The coverage was easy to confirm. We got it because the tickets were quite expensive and were not refundable.
Luckily, we were able to attend and did not need to utilize the insurance.

It took a long time to actually get to file the claim but after it was filed we received the automatic deposit very quickly.

AON was excellent. Since they were secondary insurance I had to send the claim through my primary insurance first. My primary insurance took 4 months to pay a tiny portion of the claim. Once AON received the information from my primary insurance they paid the claim immediately. They were so much better than my primary and I’m glad I bought the additional insurance.

They were quick to respond and provide instructions. They settled the claim in full with out a hassle. I was glad to receive the funds by direct deposit rather than by check.

We were scheduled to go on a cruise and had to cancel because of sickness. AON insurance was wonderful to work with. We filled out a claim and in no time we were reimbursed for the whole trip. I would recommend working with them again in the future. TTV

Even though I had a lot of documentation to provide I felt that they understood our situation with my dad and his illness. The days ahead are filled with appointments and such. The payment was also prompt and we had a choice on how we received our refund. I apologize for taking this long to respond. I got caught up in every day, busy life.
