I bought a 2018 VW Tiguan Emblem. Went to the place to get installed and it was too small. Ive informed the company, they told me theyd refund me and still havent.

I’m very happy with the product and the customer service. Thank you. I recommend your product and company.

I reached out about an order that I had placed but hadn’t gotten a confirmation email yet. Without delay I was responded to and my order was shipped out almost immediately. I love the product and it gives my car the look I hoping for. I’m truly satisfied!!

Great item makes my truck stick out.

I had an issue with my remote control for the light and I email them and they solved my problem and send me out another remote control. Great company and I love there commitment of their product. I will be ordering from them again. Thanks for great customer service.

It’s ok just that the part takes to long to come but other than that it’s good

Order in April 2025. Now its may..! Never sent out any product. Emails i sent was replied with so many excuses " do not worry" comments. I finally used paypal to get my money refunded. This company in china is not for me..

I ordered door sills for Mercedes C class unfortunately they are too short. Price around £100 At such a price and from such a company there should be no mistakes. I am disappointed with the communication with the company. I do not recommend....

Dont do it.
I bought a simple item to make sure I would get it. Got it and its lackluster. They are ok but you can tell they are cheap. I wanted splash guards for my NEW TO ME car and they had some that were supposed to fit my vehicle. They didn't. Holes don't line up and the gaps are terrible compared to VEHICLE SPECIFIC fit.

I have sent many pics and been going back and forth over a month. They now say that they are supposed to fit and they can't help any further but they clearly do not. I spend 15 years in Auto industry. THEY DO NOT FIT CORRECTLY and being based in China its just money wasted. Dont waste your precious cash here.

I had an issue with the first emblem that I installed. I reached out to the company and they immediately made it right and sent a replacement. Awesome customer service!! Thank you 😊

Absolutely fantastic people to work with. Was kept up to date all the way,the items arrived safely & worked exactly as they should. Would not hesitate to buying from again

Took longer then I expected because I paid for 2-5 business days DHL and it took over 2 weeks, I was pissed about that but when I got the product installed after receiving it I was amazed and happy 👍🏾

Horrible customer service. The product didn’t even match the car. The person gave me directions (awful I must say, not professional in any way). I told them the emblem backing was round and not flat. This product I was sent is flat. You can’t stick a flat emblem on a round backing. The same response was given to me again. No help. Also, Product comes with 3m backing. Cheap product at a superior price. Oh, and if you get the back glowing emblem, be prepared to drill a hole in your car! No thanks.

Ordered led sill plates for Audi A6. Took 2 months to receive them. Terrible instructions on how to install front sills, no instructions for back. The back sills are too big and do not fit the car. I do not recommend this company at all. Waste of money.

The phone holder I ordered is awesome,it has a unique design with light up emblem.I like the way it fits and looks in my car,I would recommend and buy it again. The service and ordering was easy and received the order quick, this company is trustworthy and great to order from,so don’t hesitate., Preston Justice
