I tried Nimmi for renting out my apartment and had a very positive experience. The biggest advantage for me was being able to publish my listing on ImmoScout24, Immowelt, and Kleinanzeigen through one single platform instead of managing separate advertisements on each portal.
The pricing is very fair, especially considering that the listing is published across all three major platforms. I also appreciated the additional features like the central inbox and calling function, which made the rental process much smoother.
The Nimmi AI features are also impressive—automatically filtering applicants based on custom criteria and scheduling viewing appointments. While the automated scheduling works well, I personally still prefer sending messages directly to prospective tenants to arrange appointments myself.
The support team was consistently helpful and responsive whenever I had questions. Overall, Nimmi is a nice solution for private landlords who want to rent out their property efficiently without spending a lot of money on traditional solutions.
