Massively let down by them
I contacted this company while desperately seeking a solution to a hmrc appeal - they took all my email and accounts information and during a phone call with Rana Zubair I have a recording where I confirmed I need do nothing but wait to hear from them and they would take over my case and deal with hmrc.
On the day of the deadline given by hmrc I emailed them just to confirm everything was ok and I need do nothing on that day, only to be told they had decided not to take my case and wishing me all the best. I had only hours to go to create a response to the hmrc and decide whether to go to tribunal or not. I do not appreciate the lack of communication or that I would have breached the hmrc deadline had I not thought to check in with them. Nowhere had they said we are not taking the case after they told me to leave it with them. It’s so unprofessional and caused me stress and upset. I can’t recommend them.
