I have been working with Apex Cargo for the past 5 years and I’ve had no complaints. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they send all the pictures on time and always there to answer any questions. I have had fragile items shipped too and nothing has ever broke - no one beats Apex Cargo when it comes to packing and wrapping. They label all the boxes carefully, 100% recommended for personal and business services!

It's not easy living far from the resources many in the first world take for granted. And choosing, ordering, purchasing and shipping from vast distances can be really difficult and stressful. But Apex Cargo have made life so much easier and taken the stress out of it, they have become a lifeline for me. The team is professional, reliable, friendly. I’ve used APEX Cargo’s duty paid air freight service to Malawi multiple times and communication from the staff is always excellent. They are always recommended to friends who need these services. Packages received by the warehouse are well documented with photos so anything unexpected can be caught immediately. Deliveries have always been on time and pickup on the Malawi end is easy. Rates are a little higher than competitors, however the peace of mind for important items makes this worthwhile.
