Yang takes his time and ensures all problems are diagnosed and fixed in a timely manner. Service very good. Communication is good and they truly do not want you to go without your PC.

New laptop
William came out to my home on April 9th, 2024. He had purchased a laptop on my behalf. He transferred the files from my old laptop to my new one. I was happy with the setup. William is very pleasant and could answer my questions.
On May 17th, 2024, William returned to get my e-mail up and running again, plus answered my questions, and showed me things I wanted to know about. I was recommended to William by a friend who is one of his clients. I would recommend him to anyone.
