I don't understand how anyone else has had a good experience with this garbage. I was charged for two separate amounts of over $100 each for their $1 service. This is a scam! Do not use their website! I'm currently calling my bank to try to battle these charges.

Even after my cancellation they still charge me my full subscription even sometimes twice a month.
The platform is useless, the customer service as well.
AVOID!!!!!

I saw a transaction on my bankstatement of $98.
Even though I do not use their services. I would like my money back!

I can’t contact them no hotline services and they just took money from my account , i can’t file dispute whom to talk to ?

Scammer !!!! Don't wast your time & money. Block the card immediately if you have updated it to there site. they will steal your money.

Dropgenius stole my credit card information from somewhere. I haven't heard of the name Dropgenius, but lately I had been billed twice consecutively since July until I requested to block my card. My bank advised me to cancel the card and re-issued a new card.

**WARNING: Avoid DropGenius – Unethical Billing Practices and Unauthorized Charges**

If you’re considering using DropGenius, I strongly advise you to think twice. My experience with this company has been a nightmare, filled with unethical billing practices and a complete disregard for customer consent.

### **1. Unauthorized Billing Even After Cancellation:**
After initially signing up for DropGenius, I decided their service wasn’t for me and canceled my membership as per their policy, which clearly states "CANCEL ANYTIME." However, despite multiple attempts to cancel my account, DropGenius continued to bill me. I contacted them repeatedly, informing them that I no longer wanted their services. Unfortunately, my requests were ignored, and the charges kept coming.

### **2. Repeated Attempts to Charge Accounts:**
The situation escalated to the point where I had to block my credit cards and even switch bank accounts to prevent DropGenius from accessing my funds. Despite taking these drastic measures, the company still attempted to bill my accounts. They clearly have no respect for their customers' decisions or financial security.

### **3. Ongoing Disputes Ignored:**
As if unauthorized charges weren’t bad enough, I am currently involved in an ongoing dispute with my bank over these charges. Even in the midst of this formal dispute, DropGenius has continued to try and extract money from my account. One of the most alarming practices I’ve encountered is DropGenius’s tendency to duplicate charges and accounts. This means they have billed me multiple times for the same service or created additional accounts without my consent, further draining my funds. Throughout this ordeal, the customer support from DropGenius has been virtually nonexistent. They have shown no willingness to resolve the issues, acknowledge their mistakes, or even respond adequately to my concerns. It’s clear that once they have your payment information, their focus shifts solely to maximizing their revenue, regardless of how it affects their customers.

### **Final Warning:**
If you value your hard-earned money and your peace of mind, steer clear of DropGenius. Their practices are predatory, and they will go to great lengths to keep billing you even after you’ve canceled your service. The hassle of dealing with blocked cards, switched bank accounts, and ongoing disputes is not worth it. There are far more reputable companies out there that won’t resort to these unethical practices.

Proceed with extreme caution if you decide to use DropGenius, and be prepared for a fight to protect your financial information and stop unauthorized charges.
