Very disappointing experience – account closed despite dashboard showing remaining drawdown

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with GOAT Funded Trader. This is now the second account I have lost in two days due to what I believe is an unclear/inconsistent Daily Drawdown calculation.

I purchased a $5,000 account and managed to reach around $5,192. At the end of the trading day, I had an open position with approximately -$180 floating P/L. However, my dashboard was still showing around $120 of remaining Daily Drawdown.

When the trading day ended and the daily drawdown reset occurred, my account was suddenly closed with the message “Daily Drawdown Exceeded.”

What is particularly frustrating is that the dashboard appeared to indicate that I was still within the allowed drawdown before the reset. If floating P/L is treated differently at the daily reset, this should be made extremely clear and displayed accurately to traders.

This has now happened to me twice in two days, resulting in two accounts being blown. I contacted GOAT because I want to understand the exact calculation, but the situation is extremely frustrating.

Traders need clear and transparent drawdown calculations, especially when the dashboard itself shows remaining drawdown. At this point, I cannot recommend GOAT Funded Trader based on my experience.

I waited for 20 minutes for a live support agent, but no one joined the chat. Very disappointing customer support.

Estou há 10 meses tentando comprar uma nova conta nessa mesa proprietária, mas sempre me deparo com o mesmo problema: aparece uma mensagem de erro que me orienta a entrar em contato com o suporte e impede que a página de pagamento seja aberta para concluir a compra.

O suporte parece seguir um roteiro automático, repetindo sempre as mesmas orientações: limpar o navegador, trocar de provedor de internet ou tentar novamente mais tarde. Já realizei todos esses procedimentos, mas o problema persiste. O mais estranho é que isso acontece exclusivamente com o meu e-mail, o que indica que pode existir algum bloqueio específico na minha conta.

Já enviei mais de 50 e-mails tentando resolver a situação, sem obter uma solução efetiva. Para piorar, fui bloqueado em todos os canais de comunicação da empresa. Em vez de investigar o problema e buscar uma solução, a empresa parece preferir bloquear o cliente e encerrar o diálogo.

Minha recomendação: NÃO UTILIZEM ESSA MESA PROPRIETÁRIA!

Uma empresa que não consegue resolver um problema técnico durante 10 meses, ignora dezenas de tentativas de contato e ainda bloqueia o cliente demonstra uma falta de respeito e de compromisso com quem deseja fazer negócios com ela.

Compartilho minha experiência para alertar outros traders e evitar que passem pela mesma situação. Antes de investir seu dinheiro nessa empresa, considerem cuidadosamente o risco de enfrentar problemas semelhantes e não receber o suporte necessário.

⭐ 1-Star Review: My $4,000 Payout Was Rejected — Extremely Disappointed

I am extremely disappointed and shocked by my experience with Goat Funded Trader.

I had a $200,000 account and was expecting a payout of approximately $4,000. Instead, GFT breached my account and rejected my withdrawal, alleging coordinated trading with other accounts.

GFT sent me an Excel spreadsheet containing trading records from several other accounts that it claims were involved in copy trading. I do not know the owners of these accounts, and I strongly deny copying their trades or coordinating my trading with them. All my trading decisions were based on my own ICT market analysis.

After examining the spreadsheet, I noticed differences in lot sizes and execution times. I also explained that I used my own phone and tablet on the same internet connection. I believe these details deserve a proper investigation before such a serious decision is made.

What is most frustrating is that I was expecting my payout, but instead my account was breached and my withdrawal rejected based on an allegation I strongly dispute. I have asked GFT to provide a clear explanation of the evidence and reconsider its decision.

This experience has seriously damaged my trust in the company. When traders invest their money, time, and effort into completing challenges and managing funded accounts, they deserve transparent rules and a fair review process when a payout is rejected.

I cannot recommend GFT based on my current experience. I hope the company will review my case fairly and provide a satisfactory explanation.

You keep changing my SL, and I have evidence to prove it. I’m not going to waste my time arguing with you because you’re just a bunch of scammers, and you have no intention of resolving any issues.

You pretend to care about your customers, asking them to provide evidence and promising to investigate, but once they send you the proof, you stop responding.

And when I ask to withdraw my own money, you tell me I have to go through a live interview? Are you f serious?!

This is completely unacceptable. Your lack of transparency, your questionable practices, and your poor customer support are beyond frustrating.

I submitted my payout request on Thursday at approximately 10:00 AM Morocco time, and I am still waiting for my money. My KYC is verified, yet my payout has not been marked as processing.

I contacted support and was informed that my case had been escalated to the relevant team. However, I still have no clear timeline or resolution. Instead of receiving my payout, I am left waiting without knowing when my money will arrive.

According to the payout terms communicated to me, eligible traders may receive $1,000 in compensation if their payout is not processed within two business days, subject to the stated exceptions. I asked support to review my eligibility, but I still have no confirmation.

This experience has seriously damaged my confidence in the company's payout process. Traders deserve timely payments, clear communication, and straightforward answers when something goes wrong.

I want Goat Funded Trader to resolve my pending payout immediately and provide a clear decision regarding the $1,000 compensation.

I hope the company takes this complaint seriously and resolves the issue rather than leaving me waiting without answers.

good day, I was a previous client of goat funded trader I purchased several accounts including 1 step 100k account and 100k instant account, previously was able to withdraw but just recently I requested a withdrawal they denied it consecutively and closed both my accounts because of breach of rules according to them, they say it was coordinated trading but I follow their rules to the best of my ability without any copy trading, I trade my own trade idea.

I requested for a thorough investigation regarding their so called reason coordinated trading, I also requested an online face to face on their risk team since 2 withdrawal request consecutively denied and closed my 2 accounts, but nearly 2 months have passed they did not even bother to reply on my emails..

I share my experience for awareness to be vigilant on this company GOAT FUNDED TRADER, if they truly care on their clients/traders they should reply on emails regarding any concerns, they also kick me out on their discord channel which I was only requesting any means to investigate my case but instead they block me out

I purchased a $100,000 account and passed the challenge. On the live account, I generated about $5,000 in profit. When I requested my payout, I was told I had violated the 20% consistency rule and that I needed to reach $10,000 in profit before I could withdraw.
I kept trading and requested a payout again. This time, I was told the target was $25,000. The goalpost moved after the fact, and there was no way for me to anticipate it.
This firm's rules are so strict and complex that it becomes extremely difficult to get a payout, even after passing the challenge. It's very discouraging, especially for young traders who pay to enter this industry. I recommend reading all the payout conditions carefully before buying, and staying cautious.
They set these rules just to scam people

They are scam. They will never give any payout to user. All the payout they are posting is just image.

I just recently purchased 3 accounts with Goat funded Trader, unfortunately I can't not Log in to their platform TRADELOCKER using the Credentials that they provided. Support can't reach too. Only robot representative will answer you repeatedly. No human support and I emailed them, no response at all. Getting more BAD REVIEWS with customers will affect their integrity. Think about that GFT.
If you want to have more clients, be PROFESSIONAL.

valores operei dia 10 não aparece as operações do dia dia 13 aparece como dia 12 completamente decepcionado com essa empresa fora que as operações na conta de 100k também erros atrasos e computando valores errado entrei em contato com suporte não respondem uma falta de respeito com nos comerciantes

they are really bad propfirm kindly don't waste you any money instead of them buy FTMO or any trusted platform challenge their dashboard will show you less amount for challenge but then when you will pass they will demand more to give you live account. they make fool
