Hi I just purchased Leads Gorilla and it's great. The setup was simple. I did have an issue configuring the Google API but found the answer right away in the setup PDF. Just follow the simple and easy-to-use instructions and bam it worked. Support was right there also when I sent them an email about the issue, I had found the fix in the PDF before they responded, but their response was less than 24 hours. Actually, I told them to close the support ticket. Totally AWESOME!

HI I personally use Leads Gorilla daily for my lead prospecting so me and my team are active in our daily revenue producing activities and it is great. We download our CSV files and add them to our CRM and it works great. We find it has worked better than Lead Kahuna as well.

Great all-in-one platform to find leads, generate reports, create campaigns, send emails and export to a CRM. Makes your job a whole lot easier

We are using LeadGorilla since 2 yrs. to generate leads for our own purposes but also for clients and are quite happy with it though it has two some downsides. First, its a great tool to generate leads for almost any niche. The informations gathered are quite useful, though not complete. Means, in many cases, either emails or contact numbers are missing or even wrong. So after collecting the leads with LG, we still have to hire a person to check every single entry for missing data, like website, contact number and email. Mainly emails are missing or wrong. Secondly, many times we discovered, that LG is not gathering all leads in a certain area and we using other measures to complete our list of leads with more content. But all in all a good tool to get started, in particularly the new AI version 2.0 is way more smooth and better integrations, even way faster then the 1.0 version we have started 2 years ago. Sending out emails to leads is way easier in 2.0 and we love the connectivity to Sendiio, though this is not our favourite autoresponder. All in all a good tool with tons of useful features, informations and free materials at a very reasonable cost.

Attempted to set up SMTP & I couldn’t locate information LeadsGorilla was asking for.

In the first email, the instructed me to contact MailGun Support. MailGun was no help as it isn't their setup.

I sent another email and got prompt response and instead of stating in order to complete your SMTP put your API key, it's called "secret" and "endpoint" = HTTP webhook signing key.

I feel that the email setting submission form could use a little tweaking when it comes to verbiage.

As a Google Business profile agency this tool has helped us play the base of our business by finding the right clients and exactly what they need. We've been using this great software for over 2 years and the 2.0 Version is amazing with the extra AI, which makes it even easier and faster to find the right client and to reach out to them. Thank you for creating this amazing software!

Wonderful application. I do not understand why people don't like it? This what you can do if you do it the right way is truly amazing. Real lotto winner. It can be so helpful that you can't even imagine. But in todays world, who knows who writes these reviews. From me if there was a grade of 10 i would give them.

Worst company and lead tool there is don't be fooled. They try to milk the same well dry every chance they get. They make you pay to update to every version and they removed my "Pro subscription" when I had it and was a paying customer so they then could turn around and say I didn't qualify for the upgrades and I needed for fork over more cash. The tool it self isn't impressive for the price. It looks very jvzoom and has basic information nothing that any other free scraper cant do. Over all Im extremely dissatisfied with the company and I would recommend them to anyone. There are so many better founders and companies with integrity don't fall for this one its one of the worst.

These companies are scammers as it was written in many reviews! After asking for money back, they just stop responding!

Purchased Leads Gorilla two and a half years ago. Unfortunately I was ill for this period of time but have tried to get this platform working???? API keys are NOT being recognised as the platform is not located by Google? I've had an I.T guy check it out and Leads Gorilla is not functioning? Tried to contact support to no avail.

Software lacks features promised and tries to upsell over upsell. I'm trying to get my money refunded as promised but they won't answer.

I have used many many lead gen tools and I must say the LG is pretty decent. One take away is the process for reporting and scraping should be in a way that we aren't having to do so much paying attention while individual reports are being created. If we could set it and get the reports done in an hour it would be great to be able to do other important work.

Having used LG for a couple of months now, I can say that its not bad, but could be so much better for sure.
Once up and running, its entirely possible to source some decent leads from it.
The google leads appear to be the best route, but you never really get any more than 60 in a search, regardless of how big the city you search in. Im yet to generate more than 60 leads from any search in any area. This could be improved massively. 60 leads for very popular industries in London is pretty pathetic and not good enough.
(EDIT: I have changed my review from a 3 to a 4 simply because i have discovered the more accurate you are with location, Example: if you type in specific post/zip codes, as opposed to whole cities then LG generates a lot more Google leads.)

The Facebook leads are awful, they rarely relate to what your searching for or the area you're searching in.
You can be searching for leads in the UK, but 90% of the leads generated are absolute rubbish and located in America.
Again, it doesnt matter what industry, the leads are majority useless.
So, I have found the Facebook search is absolutely pointless in the UK.
The customer service is not very good either, they take days to get back to you and when they do , they offer zero help and ask you to take screenshots of the problem, when you do send screenshots, they take another few days to get back to you and just ignore the screenshots you sent anyway.
Its easier just to Google your problem and sort it yourself.
This is ok for the price, but they need to do an awful lot more work on it, a lot more!!!!
Sort the weak customer service out and sort the absolutely diabolical Facebook search engine out and I'll happily change my review to a 5
