Slack est devenu un outil de communication incontournable, réduisant fortement le nombre d'emails échangés. Chat direct en one-to-one, création de channels spécifiques (marketing, commerciaux, support, projet Z). En plus de nombreuses apps peuvent etre intégrées pour automatiser les communications (avec make ou zapier) ou directement avec les outils qu'on utilise. Je recommande vivement.

Good communication app. But 3 stars because they used electron to build this app, and it consumes 1gb of RAM for now reason, while RAM is pretty expensive today.

Very convenient tool for managing work chats with different clients and teams. Everything stays organized and easy to follow. The only downside is that older messages disappear sooner that expected

Most of my day is switching channels and replying quick questions on slack works fine for coordination but older messages get buried fast.

Love this app and use it every day for my job. There are many custom stuff for my work processes, and I'm grateful for this tool.

This is the best app for those looking for a specific community to join. It helps to manage and grow a business as well.

I have been using Slack daily for work for about 4 years now. When it works well, it is genuinely excellent. Messages are quick to send, channels keep projects organized, integrations with tools like Google Drive are helpful, and the search function can be useful when it behaves. It is basically the nervous system of our office.

Over the past year, I have noticed more frustrations. Voice messages sometimes fail to send or disappear completely. Updates often introduce new glitches instead of fixing existing ones. The interface feels more cluttered with new promoted features or ads that do not belong in a paid workspace app.

Slack is still better than endless email threads for team communication, and when it is stable, it is smooth and reliable. The problem is that it no longer feels as focused on making the core product as solid as it once was.

If you have never used it before, it is worth trying. Long-time users like me will probably notice the difference compared to how it used to be.

Do you want me to also make a shorter punchy version that would catch attention quickly on Trustpilot’s feed? That often gets more engagement.

Slack ist eine tolle app, solange man nicht selbst diese Bezahlen muss. Die Kosten sind aus meiner Sicht unverschämt hoch, so das wir bei der Kostenlose Variante blieben, die nach 3 Monaten alle Daten löscht;-(

What is WRONG with Slack.
REGULARLY when I send a MESSAGE - especially VOICE messages,

The message is all of a sudden DELETED!!! - everything I wrote is GONE.

Today I just recorded a long voice message, where I explained to my team what to do,
Then I click send,

instead of sending it I get a notification: "your message and voice message have been saved as draft"

then I click on my drafts, SEND it,
And the ENTIRE VOICE MESSAGE is GONE.

WHY is your buggy app constantly FAILING to do the ONE job it has to do?

Compare this to a SIMPLE app that is 100% and ALWAYS working -> like text-edit on my computer.
Even if my computer CRASHES, all files are ALWAYS 100% saved, I have never - not ONCE in 10 years of working with this app - lost a file!

and that is a FREE app.

Why can't you guys get this handled?! - we're paying you a LOT of money, each month.

Good app, easy to use and helpful

Our company uses slack and I love it. I have found this a great way to stay connected to department. Leadership and the company as a whole. Couldn't imagine not having Slack as part of our daily work flow.

We've used Slack pretty much since it was first released and have found it the perfect replacement for internal emails. We tried Microsoft Teams and although it's alright for meetings, we found Slack to be perfect for our internal comms tool

Great collaboration tool. We have used it for async communication at our company for 5 years. Love the amount of integrations it has with other tools. Sometimes it crashes on Ubuntu Linux.

Using Slack for over a year now I would congratulate the developpers for theiur great work and especially for their API creation which makes it very easy to connect our Zabbix alerting system with it, so we can inform our support personnel as fast as possible.

The only drawback is that i am not able to change a conversation chat group title after the chat already filled with conversations. Other than thanks for the work done.

I think it is really good. But sometimes is really difficult to change from different worskapaces. So I dont have all the notifications in the same place. And with multiple Businesses is really crazy

This company has great customer care and the app is super stable. Never experienced outages.

Love the new project tracker. Simple works well for my needs.

We totally depend on Slack when it comes to our internal communication. Best App!
