1 star is an overstatement. I ordered an attractive looking floral patterned strap and over 2 weeks later received a chunky black poor quality strap. I have asked for a refund of the £28.99 I paid but have not had acknowledgement yet.

Ordered in good faith 25th Nov delivery date changed 7 times latest was 17/18 Dec just checked again now says 11/15 Dec. DO NOT USE APSTRAPS utter con. You pay for order that just doesn't arrive. Let's see if I get refund.

I wouldn’t give it one star but you have to to write a review…. This is a scam!!! Smart looking web site, you can easily be fooled into thinking you are on the Apple web site, I ordered a silicone strap for my Apple Watch which was priced at £21.99 supposedly reduced from £40. Nine days after ordering, I received a cheap plastic strap that was nothing like the one I ordered …..it certainly wasn’t for an Apple watch…… its a joke from somewhere in the far east and of course no replies to any of my emails. I got caught out and have lost my money so don’t be fooled! I’ve raised a dispute with my bank in the hope of getting my money back!

Please don’t buy anything from this scam site. Strap took a month. Was the wrong Colour and is obviously not a strap for an Apple Watch. It’s a cheap pound store item they shipped in a bag. They robbed my money.

Took ages to arrive. Strap broke within two days . Waste of money and time .

BEWARE. Absolute con. Ordered 2 watch straps to arrive within the 9 business days as stated. Should have known better. It’s well over that time frame now so am contacting my bank tomorrow to raise a merchant dispute to get my money back.

Good ship from. Home - this needs to be transparent as shipping takes forever.
Took 4 days to dispatch my order from receipt if confirmation - far too long to fulfil.
Tracking method offered is a joke - provides no visibility and simply doesn’t work
Previously received items were ok - obviously not genuine Apple product but that was expected especially at the price.
Be prepared to wait for your order.
The company did refund a late purchase promised for a Christmas delivery so they do respond

I placed an order and am still waiting a month later. Untraceable tracking number. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend this website. After some apparently helpful replies to initial queries, I’ve had no replies to recent queries. Note you can not add reviews on their site despite the glowing reviews posted there.

Was just about to order and then read all your reviews for a piece of mind, thanks everybody. I’m sorry you’ve all had a bad experience with this scam site. Trust pilot is great to find out where your money is going and if it’s is legit your purchasing from. Been scammed that many times. Will always check trust pilot.com first.

Do not use complete scam site - sucked in by sophisticated web site and proposing to be based in London, goods never arrived, don’t return emails messages, needs shutting down.

Waited ages for delivery then wrong, much cheaper strap delivered. Emailed company but got no response. Do not use this website

Ordered a watch strap from here and a small pink tweezers arrived. Fake company, do not use.

I ordered on the 9th December & I’m still waiting for my order to be delivered. I have emailed them several times but told to wait as there were delays. They have refused my request for a refund. The website stated delivery was within 10days!!

Cheap Chinese fake arrived from china, requested a refund and no response from the seller.
Con website avoid at all cost!!

Just reading up on these reviews. I wish I had before I ordered a watch strap. I too thought it was genuine Apple Watch strap I was ordering. I think I’ve been done as 2 weeks have passed and no sign of my watch strap. Shame on you Apple Watch straps. Totally fooled me. I have asked for a full refund. Goodness knows if they’ll reply. A very disappointed customer.

Ordered just after Xmas. It arrived on 6th jan. I was afraid it wouldn’t arrive reading other reviews. Seems a good item so far

Ordered what I thought was a genuine Apple Watch strap, waited weeks for it to come. When it finally arrived I was a bit shocked at the poor quality of it, it was more like a children’s toy watch strap then an adults. Thankfully I only bought one strap.

Haven’t received my order, made in June 2022, but their delivery info said my item was delivered in May 2021, which is clearly impossible.

The item comes from China despite the website stating a London address.

They do not respond to emails.

Crooks and charlatans. Avoid.

Stupidly taken in by professional genuine looking website.
Took ages to arrive and it’s an overpriced cheap looking Chinese import.
