I had such a great experience and honestly could not be more thankful for the service I received.
It was Labor Day weekend, and that morning I discovered a puddle of water on the floor next to my refrigerator. My first reaction was panic. With a long holiday weekend ahead, I immediately started thinking about all the food in the refrigerator and freezer and what I was going to do if the refrigerator stopped working completely. I assumed I would probably have to wait until after the holiday to get someone out.
I had no idea that there were appliance repair companies that actually worked 24/7, including weekends and holidays. I searched Google and found this company, and I was especially surprised to learn that they did not charge an additional holiday fee.
I called, explained what was happening, and a technician arrived about an hour later. He was professional, polite, and clearly knew what he was doing. After a short diagnostic, he gave me the good news that the problem could be repaired right away. He took the time to explain what had caused the leak, what needed to be done, and answered my questions without trying to rush through anything. The repair price was also very fair and reasonable.
The entire repair was completed within about an hour, and my refrigerator was back to normal. What started as a very stressful Labor Day weekend problem was resolved much faster and easier than I ever expected.
I truly appreciate the professionalism, honesty, and speed of the service. Having someone show up so quickly on a holiday weekend and actually have the knowledge and ability to fix the problem on the spot was a huge relief.

***PLEASE BEWARE*** I definitely should have checked their rating here before accepting warranty service from this company. I would give them 0 stars if possible. I have been 2 weeks without a refrigerator. They confirmed my appointment only to be a no-show today, and they are making me wait another week to RESCHEDULE yet again. Save yourself the heartache, if you can.

Canceled on me six times. I would get a call saying they are 30 minutes away and they would never show up. I call the office and the lady is rude and didn’t care that this has happened six time I would not use this company

So… picture this: it’s the afternoon before our pool party, the sun’s out, snacks are ready, vibes are perfect and boom, I realize the ice maker isn’t working. No ice?! On party day?! I almost cried into my lukewarm lemonade.

I didn’t waste time scrolling through Yelp (been burned before) and went straight to Trustpilot, which I personally trust way more. That’s where I found Appliance Service Center. They had awesome reviews, so I called and Mike picked up. Total gem! Not your typical “hold please” type he actually knew what he was talking about and suggested sending someone out for a diagnostic.

And get this the tech showed up in less than an hour. He quickly figured out what was wrong and (drumroll please)… had the part right there in his truck. No “we’ll order it and get back to you next week” drama. Forty minutes later, ice was falling like snow in the Arctic, and my inner hostess was doing a happy dance.
