Although my delivery was 2.5 hrs later than the time slot I was given I’ve given 5 stars as the 2 chaps who delivered it were really lovely. Polite, wiped their feet as it was raining & took everything away with them, great service!!!

WOW. I ordered a Bosch washing machine late yesterday afternoon. It’s been delivered already. I didn’t expect it to be delivered until tomorrow but had an email advising that it would be delivered today @ 12:11 and it was on time as well. I love the colour as well - graphite. It looks lovely in my kitchen. Super quick delivery and the delivery man was lovely. So friendly and helpful. I always do my research on everything I order. I researched the washing machine and Appliance World Online and both have got fantastic reviews. I’m sure my washing machine will be brilliant. I would definitely recommend this company 💯 Thank you 🥰

This was miraculous
This was miraculous! I telephoned their service section on a mid Monday morning to say my fridge freezer had broken down and by 9.30 the next morning I had a new one installed, with an extended warranty and the old one taken away. All for a very reasonable price. I live alone and recovering from shingles and the service advisor couldn’t have been more helpful.
The delivery team came at the time they had notified and were skilled and helpful.
It seems so rare these days to find great customer service, so I would recommend this company very highly

Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs! They sold us a damaged cooker for full price, sent out 2 engineers who had no clue what they were there for when we agreed to get it fixed. One of the engineers didnt even turn up on the day agreed so i lost wages waiting in all day and this whole time which was about a month we had no cooker to use as we were worried the company wouldnt fix it due to their “out of packaging clause” the first engineer that came out had a woman on loud speaker in my home who was extremely disrespectful to me trying to imply he should find fault that i damaged the cooker! The other engineer came out and done nothing then reported it as fixed. Absolute joke when we asked for a replacement the cooker was out of stock. We are now over this whole scenario so have accepted it for what it is but i will be warning everyone to avoid! Never again.

We are sorry to read your review, however we must clarify that our records do not match the events described.
Our records confirm we have only ever attended the property once, which was for the initial delivery. We do not have engineers operating in your area and, since the end of March, we have not had a female member of staff working within our sales team as referenced in your review. Furthermore, we do not have an 'out of packaging clause'.
In addition, we have no emails from the email address linked to your order and no phone calls logged from the contact number provided on the order.
Based on the information available to us, it appears the damage and subsequent engineer visits may have been reported directly to the manufacturer rather than to ourselves, or may relate to a different retailer/order entirely.
We always encourage customers to contact us directly if there are any issues so we can investigate and assist appropriately. I have tried to call the number on the order this morning and the call could not connect.
If you would like send us further information including call logs or emails then please send these through to sales@applianceworldonline.com.
