After feeling like I was getting no where with the countless job descriptions and applications I saw a comment on one of my LinkedIn posts to try ApplyAll. I researched and was amazed at this concept. The rep I had, Ashley, she was fantastic and followed up with me on my profile setup. They were finding positions I hadn’t even seen. After 2 weeks of their help I had an interview request for a company they found and applied.
Their application database houses the posting and a copy of the job description. I got a job offer on Friday and start this week. I can’t thank them enough for their help!

Apply All was immensely helpful for my job search after unexpectedly being laid off. I was consistently getting interview requests for good jobs at reputable companies. Just as important, not having the burden of finding and applying for open positions freed up my time to invest in things like interview prep and professional development, as well as personal interests to maintain my own mental health. Their support team was always very responsive and treated me like a real human (not something you consistently encounter in the world of job hunting!). Highly recommend.

The ApplyAll team is filled with bright, compassionate people who are interested in your success on a human level. They applied me to jobs, yes, but their true value is in the relationships they build with their clients. ApplyAll fundamentally transformed my job hunt, in two equally important ways: 1.) they were able to surface jobs that were totally off my radar, including the one I ended up accepting, and 2.) by automating the application process they increased my application output by a factor of 10 or more. This got me more interviews than I'd previously had, which was valuable for its own sake and also helped me rapidly improve my interview skills so that I got further into the selection process for various jobs over time.

The small staff was responsive, friendly, and very supportive. Even when I had somewhat specific technical questions, they answered quickly and thoroughly.

They have been trying to reach me for weeks, but my email filters must of blocked them. I do have feedback re: the Workday applications, it seems that my application's Program of Study/major was filled incorrectly. My concern is this could trigger rejections, but in this case seems like the recruiter actively looked at my resume.

To preface, I want to start off with the fact that I'm a software engineer with a strong background but was struggling to get interviews.

ApplyAll changed that.

After eight weeks of using their tool (I will say it does take some time), I landed five interviews at reputable tech companies and ultimately received two offers. The team was also very supportive: they followed up with questionaries so they could help me apply to more jobs.

For engineers who already have experience but need more opportunities, I will say that ApplyAll provides the edge you need!

Excellent customer service and product! Cannot recommend this enough. My husband was one of the earliest users and worked directly with Tal who is the founder of ApplyAll. When I got laid off last November, he immediately sent an email to her to check their support for non-tech companies and roles(healthcare PMM). They supported me every step of the way, made custom changes for my applications, always accommodated with my extra applications whenever there was a delay. I am happy to report that I got an offer from a job that was applied by ApplyAll.

I used ApplyAll to supplement my networking and prospecting. I provided ideal search conditions and focused on a narrow title set and a realistic salary. I also had a good, ATS-compliant resume ready. ApplyAll started working and found the same jobs I would have applied for. Excellent! I did not use ApplyAll in a loose "spray and pray" model, but in a "needle in a haystack" model. Over three months, I applied to 200+, and ApplyAll ~50, but ApplyAll found the needle and got my resume through the noise to the hiring manager. I took it from there and landed the job. Okay, at first I was pretty skeptical because applications were going out slowly and I left a negative review because I assumed it was a scam and was too jaded to reach out. Their customer service reached out about the original review I left, found the glitch that was causing the issue leading to my original review, and were able to fix it.

The owner also reached out personally, both to understand what was happening and also understand why I didn't reach out. Both the owner and the customer service rep went above and beyond to address my concerns and were incredibly responsive, including following up unprompted to make sure the glitch hadn't resurfaced. Turns out they're a company who actually cares about helping people find jobs in this awful market and not AI garbage? I thought it was too good to be true, but that's really the case.

And I got several interviews! They didn't end up leading to a job but I felt much more prepared during the interview that led to my current role. I don't know that I would have been so confident if I hadn't already had some practice runs.

Skeptic --> believer. Absolutely worth the price.

Incredible. When I first told my (previous) coworkers that I was using applyall they criticized me for being foolish and that companies steal your money for no benefit.

Well… to say it simply, I may not have survived this tech recession without them. Not only was I applied to around 1000 jobs with 0 effort, these jobs were carefully curated to match my skill set. I literally saw the platform improvements as I was subscribed and I am convinced it is quite accurate. Further, I had immediate accountability from the applyall team through email and adjustments in the app and I saw a level of integrity that restored my faith in humanity. You can trust them.

1000 applications does not happen with lazy magic. This team was hard at work, finding me work, and I have never seen such honorable practices from a service provider. Tal and her team is the real deal when it comes to resume expertise and jobs application. I strongly recommend to attend Tal's resume optimization workshop. She offers unparallel advice on how to optimize your CV and how to approach the job market. I went for the 200 job application package, applied for 100 jobs, I got 2 interviews and 1 offer. The offer was 47% more than my last drawn, mind you this is early 2025 when the job market is crashing and everyone is getting laid off up down left and right. All I did was submit draft 1 of my resume and Tal and her team went ahead to offer suggestions to improve my CV and the rest is handled by the team themselves! I just lay back, prepped for my interviews, excel them and I gotten a job offer from one of applications. This job is life changing for me and my partner.
