The installation team for AFGG did an OK job with both my boiler and insulation. However, from start to finish, the whole process was not as quick as I had hoped. In fact, because there was a delay in receiving approval for the paperwork, it took about two weeks longer than expected.

Installed a whole new, fully equipped central heating system with a boiler and radiators. I cannot appreciate the AFGG team much. They worked so hard and left everything clean after removing my old warm air heater and all the rubbish. Ted, Daniel, and young apprentice John were brilliant; nothing was too much trouble for them. The new boiler installation proceeded really well, although there were a few problems with the original heating system. There were one or two complications along the way, partly because I wasn't very communicative at first, and I ended up changing out nine radiators, which wiped out the cheap labor cost. But now the boiler is working great!

I was very hesitant to apply to AFGG for a free boiler as, to me, it sounded too good to be true. But it turned out to be one of the best things I have ever done. I filled in the form to have someone contact me regarding my eligibility. Sure enough, I was contacted, and the very next day, they had sent their surveyor, Jay. By that evening, I was told I was eligible and had an installation date set. On the day of installation, the team did a superb job. That was quite a complex job, having an old system boiler changed over, but they did it extremely efficiently and explained everything clearly. My new system is working fabulously. Big thank you to all involved; I would give this high recommendation to anyone and everybody eligible and thinking of a new boiler.
