One of the worst purchases we made even though we ordered from AppSummo

I had a very good experience with AppMySite support. Their team was patient, responsive, and helped me resolve multiple issues with my app, including Google login configuration, Firebase setup, and generating a new build for my app.

I especially appreciate Daisy for the support and follow-up throughout the process. She stayed professional, communicated clearly, and made sure my issues were properly handled by the technical team.

The process had some technical challenges, but the team continued assisting until everything started working correctly. Overall, I’m satisfied with the support experience and appreciate their effort in helping me move my app forward.

I had a great experience with AppMySite customer support. I was facing some technical issues regarding product loading and price syncing between my Shopify store and the app. The support team was very responsive and escalated my ticket to get it fixed. My experience with AppMySite has been a constant battle for what is rightfully mine. Although the platform markets itself as a seamless solution, the reality after payment is a succession of barriers designed to keep the user hostage to their branding.
I paid for the service under the premise of being the app owner, yet the company imposes absurd difficulties in removing their brand from the final signature. It is unacceptable that, even under Delaware law—which governs the platform's terms and clearly states: 'Subject to our and licensors’ rights... you own all right, title and interest in Your App and your User Content'—AppMySite ignores the customer's ownership rights over the final product.

The main difficulties I have faced:
White-label Resistance: Even on paid plans, there is an unjustifiable insistence on keeping their branding visible, which damages the professionalism of my business.
Inflexible Support: Instead of resolving issues regarding app autonomy, technical support creates bureaucratic hurdles.
False Sense of Ownership: You build the app, invest time and money, but the platform acts as if it still retains aesthetic and credit control over your content.
If you are looking for a solution where you truly have total control over your investment and your brand, think twice. The ease of assembly does not compensate for the exhaustion of having to fight legally and contractually to remove their branding from a product you paid to own.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – No Support and Missed Meeting.I had a very disappointing experience with this company.
We had a scheduled Zoom meeting today at 1:30 PM (UK time), but no one showed up. There was no prior notice, no explanation, and no follow-up message. Completely unprofessional.
I created an account because I was interested in transferring my website into their application system. Unfortunately, nothing works properly. I am unable to connect my website to the platform, and there are constant technical issues.
What makes it worse is the lack of real support. The live chat only provides automated bot responses — there are no actual support agents available to help resolve the problem.
As a new customer, this is very concerning. Poor communication, technical problems, and zero real customer support are not what I expected.
I hope the company improves its service, but based on my current experience, I cannot recommend it.

I signed up for their service and it wasn't near the product they had advertised. I also found I could not cancel and they continued to bill be for over a year. Find something better.

The technical support is very professional and very patient with you, they are really there for you and support you from the beginning to the end.

Daisy, is an excellent customer and technical support person. She was very professional and patient. She is very knowledgeable and was quickly able to diagnose what the problem was and provide a solution.

Not customer driven. The site does not prompt you before charging you absurd monthly fees and even if you mistakenly sign up THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND. I loss a lot of money and won’t even need to use the site. Awful product and there are better free services out there, they clearly need every $$$ they can get from you.
