I have been waiting over 3 days for update on my return request submission to no success. This is getting ridiculous….Apricoat seems to have dropped the ball!!!!

I never recieved the jacket, and neither the shipper (ontrac) nor Apricoat communicated with me.
Easy to order, they arrive quickly and great to wear

I love their clothing and jackets. I'm looking forward to the 2 backpacks I ordered to come in. If they are made like the clothes, they will be awesome!
I ordered a bag
I ordered a bag. My payment was taken and order number was issued. 3 weeks and I have not received the bag. I have not received a shipping date, update or communication regarding my order. Just to update the "story" of this "company" it is now June and I have not heard from anyone or about the product I ordered. Website shows my order and payment. No ship date. No email. No Phone. No product. This is a "dont buy anything" warning.
Fast delivery, beautifully constructed product
In this delivery I had ordered a EcoDown jacket and a pair of socks. Loved the fast delivery. I also appreciate the quality and warmth of the coat. The many pockets (hidden and visible) make me so happy. One note: definitely size up on the coat.
Fine jacket but bad customer service
When I ordered my jacket, I relied on the information on their website stating that 'EU shipments are sent from our warehouse in the Netherlands' and that 'Duties & taxes are included in the fee in the U.S and EU countries.' Now, I have just paid DKK 367.40 (USD 50.54) in import duty because my order was shipped from the US, not from the Netherlands (EU) as indicated on their website.''
Still waiting for a response
Terrible customer service. Can't get in contact with anyone!
I placed an order Dec 16, 2024 and have not received as of yet. I have emailed twice and tried calling 3 times. Keeps telling me to call back later. Terrible customer service not to mention I paid for these goods and have not received them.
Will need to file a formal complaint with the BBB. Also will call my charge card co. And see if they can help me.
What's the point having a warranty if…
What's the point having a warranty if you get no reply from their "support"?
No customer service
No customer service. Called no answer. Emailed no reply.
Never sent the jacket to the courier.
Made it look like it was being shipped but never was.
DHL has no record of ever receiving it.
The adventure 2.0 is an amazing jacket and shipping was fast

Customer service is non-existent
Customer service is non-existent. Tried to return a jacket bought as a Christmas present. I completed the online form requested by Apricoat which indicated they would be in touch with next steps, i.e. how to return the package and send a mailing label. Never heard from them. I made repeated attempts to contact them, via email "support" email and by phone. Tried calling about 20 times over a two week period and every time after being on hold for a period of time, got a message indicating "please call back". I now have a jacket that does not fit. Very disappointing, I would never back anything from this company again or recommend them to anyone else.
Love the new jacket
Love the new jacket. There were two issues- one, the shipping took way longer than expected (2-5 days was promised- took 8. Second is the main zipper. It’s a man’s jacket but the zipper is backwards from what is normal. Not sure what to make of that.

The product is fantastic, just wish the length of the pants was a bit shorter.
HORRIBLE
HORRIBLE! Unless you know for sure the size and color, don't order, because you will likely NOT be able to return it. I tried using the exchange feature on their website to get a different size, but that feature is not working and hasn't worked for weeks now. I tried calling, but no one answers and you can't leave a message. I emailed 3 times and have not heard back. HORRIBLE customer service. Not worth it.

At this point they are a scam just trying to get as much money as they can until the authorities close them down. I hope they go to jail at this point. I've ordered from them in the past and have been satisfied. But this recent order has not arrived and there has been no response to emails and no answered phone calls. I have started a dispute with my CC company. The company is a Delaware registered company but the BBB address is in Riverton Utah. If anyone has a good phone number for the Utah address, I'd like to have it.
