It seems to be becoming quite an issue with a lot of these small companies, that being their customer service or rather lack thereof.
I ordered two coats from this outfit, one for me and one for my lady, I got no communication that they in fact did not have hers in stock, until I inquired about the order and if the Shop app was correct in its information telling me that it had partially shipped, and was informed that yes her jacket is out of stock, they offered a substitute and a 20% discount which I’m not interested in, we had been looking for like EVER for a pink one which they had she had her heart so set on it and now it’s crushed.
I just received mine but will be returning it on principal, they should have contacted me before they shipped anything so I could have told them then and there to just cancel the order, now I have to spend my time to go through the trouble of returning it.

First jacket as too large. Easy to replace and the product is excellent.

My money was taken but my coat was never shipped. I was told they were moving their warehouse to the US and my order was delayed. After almost three months of waiting, contacting them and listening to their nonsense, I finally demanded my money back, which was promptly done. Meanwhile, they are still selling the same coat/colour and size on their website. I purchased the Adventure coat a couple years ago and love it, hence the three star rating.

poor quality
the inner seam split in several locations after wearing the pants one time. I would have expected better quality for the price that was paid.
I ordered two items Nov 26/23
I ordered two items Nov 26/23. I received a confirmation of the order having been received and my credit card was charged. On Dec 6th I sent an email to Apricoat asking for an update as to the shipment details. On Dec 13th I sent another email.
On Dec 14th Apricoat advised me that the jacket I had ordered was out of stock and offered the mens jacket instead to which I immediately advised that I did not want this and asked for a full refund for this as well as the other item I had ordered. It is now Dec 28th; I have sent 2 other emails asking for a response and confirmation that a refund is being processed.
As of today, I have yet to receive a reply. Apricoat has taken my money - US$219.00 - and to date still has it and I have no merchandise.

Off to Vegas wearing THE jacket , it went all over France, Belgium , UK and I love it! My only suggestion would be the zipper needs to be doubled at the waist so when you sit it can open at the bottom without opening the entire zipper.. merry xmas

No timeline on when I’ll receive goods, but received email on how product is

It’s the holidays so I’ll give Apricoat some benefit that maybe that is what is occurring, but I don’t like when company’s send a “how’s our product” before I ever even receive it.
