Ich habe mir ein neues Fahrzeug konfiguriert. Diverse Sonderausstattungen ausgewählt. Preis erhöht sich entsprechend. Dann beim Händler vor Ort erfahre ich, dass die Einbaukosten noch hinzukommen. Der Preis der zusätzlichen Ausstattung wird also VERDOPPELT. Wie kann es sein, dass hier bei einem Neufahrzeug, durch Konfiguration von Sonderausstattung nachträgliche Kosten anfallen. Das gibt es beim PKW auch nicht, hier gibt es eine Preisliste was die Sonderausstattung kostet und es wird eingebaut im Werk und fertig an den Händler geliefert. Meine email Anfrage an Aprilia Deutschland wurde mit einer Standart-Antwort abgetan. ("unsere Preise sind ohne Einbaukosten... Ihr Händler berät Sie gerne... bla bla) Ich habe nochmal nachgeschaut, ich finde nirgends einen Hinweis auf der Webseite, dass die Einbaukosten exklusiv sind! Das ist für mich Verbrauchertäuschung.

I own a Aprilia rs660 and its less than 2 yrs old, I hit a abutment at 55 mph and a piston connection rod broke putting my life in danger. I had it towed from the breakdown spot directly to a approved Piaggio/Aprilia dealership for a diagnostic to find out what the cause was. Upon inspection is when they found the rod in the oil pan and metal shavings on the magnet(mostly from the path of the rod to the pan). No other service was performed and quoted 7500 for a new engine and diagnosed that the engine was starved for oil.
Warranty department is denying my claim with undefined proof that the oil was the problem, stating that I had no service records, used the wrong oil, and used after market K&N oil filter.
Under Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, I do not need to provide service records and they would have to do a oil test to see if the viscosity was in fact the wrong type/viscosity. They would have to also do a compression test to see if the oil faulted the pressure valves proving the engine was starved. THEY REFUSE TO FOLLOW THE FEDERAL ACT BY NOT DOING STATED TESTS! Nor will they pay to have test done.
I am here to advise anyone that wants to buy Aprilia rs660... dont! They have been reported to have high oil consumption rates, clogged oil pressure valves and recalls in older models for poorly constructed connection rods.

Rsv4 have fuel regulation issues
TUONO have been reported to have the same issues as the rs660.

DÉCEPTION TOTALE ET SERVICE APRÈS-VENTE CATASTROPHIQUE

Passionné d'Aprilia depuis des années, j'ai enfin réalisé mon rêve en achetant une Tuono V4 2022. Quelle erreur !

Ma moto est IMMOBILISÉE DEPUIS PLUS DE 6 MOIS au garage car Aprilia France est INCAPABLE de fournir les pièces détachées nécessaires à la réparation. SIX MOIS sans pouvoir utiliser ma moto !

J'espérais qu'avec le temps, la marque aurait amélioré sa fiabilité et son SAV. Malheureusement, c'est pire que jamais :

❌ Délais d'approvisionnement inadmissibles (plus de 6 mois !)
❌ Aucune solution de remplacement proposée
❌ Service client inexistant
❌ Moto haut de gamme mais service low-cost
❌ Mon rêve transformé en cauchemar
❌ IMPOSSIBLE de trouver une adresse postale pour envoyer une lettre de réclamation officielle !

Comment peut-on vendre des motos premium sans être capable d'assurer un SAV digne de ce nom ? Comment justifier qu'un client reste 6 mois sans son véhicule ? Et comble du mépris : aucune adresse de réclamation accessible, comme si la marque voulait éviter toute démarche officielle !

Investissement financier important pour une moto qui dort au garage. Frais d'assurance qui continuent. Déplacements impossibles. Dépréciation du véhicule.

Je déconseille FORTEMENT l'achat d'une Aprilia tant que la marque ne sera pas capable d'assurer un service après-vente correct. Privilégiez des marques qui respectent leurs clients et assurent la disponibilité des pièces.

Une honte pour une marque qui se veut premium. FUYEZ !

Ho comprato una Aprilia Tuono 125 che dopo un mese si è spezzato il telaio dopo una semplice scivolata. Materiale scarso ma Aprilia sostiene che non ci sono difetti nel telaio e che le spese sono tutte a mio carico. Non sono convinto ad aggiustarla perché qualche volta mi si è accesa anche avaria motore. Un vero disastro Aprilia. Ho avuto moto e quad Yamaha mai avuto un problema.

Ma marque préféré, fan fan fan

Ma Tuono 660 2021 ne m'a jamais causé de soucis. La moto est fiable. Je recommande Aprilia à tout les niveaux.

da maggio è stata più tempo in officina che a casa, la prima volta per un disco del freno ho dovuto aspettare 2 settimane in officina che arrivasse.
dopo poco la moto ha preso fuoco e non si sa ancora per quale motivo e ora è quasi da due mesi in officina e non si sa ancora nulla.
12.000 € di moto e questo servizio pessimo.

Ho acquistato un Aprilia SR GT 200 circa 5 mesi fa e purtroppo si è rivelato un vero incubo. Invece di essere una soddisfazione, è diventato fonte continua di problemi e stress.

Fin dai primi mesi ho iniziato a riscontrare difetti e malfunzionamenti che non mi aspettavo assolutamente da un marchio come Aprilia. Invece di godermi lo scooter, ho dovuto affrontare disagi su disagi, tra officine e tentativi di risolvere guasti che non dovrebbero nemmeno presentarsi su un mezzo nuovo.

La cosa che fa più male è pensare ai soldi spesi: invece di essere un investimento utile, si sono rivelati soldi buttati via. La mia esperienza personale è stata così negativa da influenzare anche la fiducia verso il marchio: mi sento davvero deluso e amareggiato.

In conclusione, per me l’Aprilia SR GT 200 è stato un errore. Non solo non ha mantenuto le promesse di affidabilità e qualità, ma mi ha creato più problemi che soluzioni.

I bought a new RS457 and had an absolute blast — until I started my vacation. On the second day the bike broke down in Great Britain. Thankfully, I was near a petrol station and still under warranty, so I called roadside assistance. They said a tow truck was on the way. Fine.

Four hours later, the truck finally arrived, only to tell me he couldn’t help — it was likely a fuel pump issue. Still fine — things happen. But then he says he can’t tow a bike and will request a flatbed. Fine again… I’m patient.

Six more hours pass, with countless phone calls and broken promises. It’s now midnight, and still no flatbed.

At 01:00, the first flatbed arrives. But instead of taking me to the agreed-upon shop, they say they’re only allowed to bring me to a truck stop, where a second company will take over. I’m tired and frustrated, but I go along with it.

At 04:05, the second truck arrives. By 05:00, we finally reach the bike shop and wait for it to open.

At 08:30, they quickly confirm it’s the fuel pump and give me options. But since this isn’t an official Aprilia shop, I call Aprilia again to check my warranty. They tell me I need to go to an authorized dealer — which this shop is not. They then tell me to call roadside services again, because they caused this mess.

So I call again — and now I’m told I need to contact the UK call center, not the EU one. Fine. I call… only to be connected to someone with a 5-second delay on the line who gives me no help and asks me to tell her where to send the bike.

I tell her fine I will look, and later I’m still looking up the closest official dealer, and while I’m doing that, she says “hello? hello?” and then hangs up on me.

So now I’m still stranded, sleep-deprived, unsupported, and stuck in a foreign country with no resolution — because of a chain of errors, miscommunications, and unacceptable delays by the roadside assistance service and a lack of ownership by anyone involved. And very disappointed.

dont buy any new aprilia product ! 18month ago I buy brand new Aprilia in Aprilia salon , from first month I have problem with motorbike and after 18 month the problem is still there... motorbike is noisy starting with problem every second time but aprilia service dont se nothink wrong and if rhey donst se nothink they cannot fixed.. wtf.. I sending videos , showing problem i garage , its look like scam company , what a lost I pay 4k and they advise to me 'sell your bike if you dont like' could You belive? Aprilia service in Uk totally scam , rubish

Bonjour à tous.faites attention à la garantie aprilia escrocs avec le concessionnaire motoaxxe le fur lorient,mon scooter acheté tout neuf est tombé en au bout 778km. au compteur ils veulent pas le prendre en charge les réparations. pendant que le viecule est encore sous garantie, sa fait 5mois qu'ils est chez le garagiste, obligé de prendre un avocat. pour faire bouger mes droits. je vous recommande pas de acheté cette marque aprilia..

Acquisto ad agosto l’aprilia 660 Rs. mi informano che la consegna sarà massimo 1 mese dalla data di acquisto. siamo quasi a novembre e continuano a dirmi da settembre, che a breve mi aggiorneranno. una vergogna. non acquisterò più Aprilia

On peut pas mettre zéro étoile ! Le service client zéro on me facture un produit qui était encore garanti et qui en plus de sa on le culot de mentir sur le devis pour pas me rembourser mon bien !!!! Marqué aprillla à oublier de la ..... !

Just trying to get it serviced is an absolute nightmare had its first service done then the dealer closed down that I brought it from and now nowhere will touch it need warranty work doing on it to no where will touch it absolute waste of money customer service is the worst I have ever encountered if you see an aprillia dealer keep driving along to honda or yamaha or any other bike that doesn't say aprillia on it. and it is less than a year old 2023 bike

Mi chiedo come sia possibile tenere uno scooter in officina autorizzata per più di un mese e ancora il ricambio non è ancora disponibile neanche direttamente da casa aprilia..... VERGOGNOSO.
Il pezzo in questione è il corpo farfallato...

RS660 2022 impossible d’avoir des pièces de remplacement de base… des mois d’attentes… aucun service à la clientèle. Beaucoup de problèmes avec cette moto, très difficile de faire respecter la garantie… Aprilia un gros zéro étoile
