Since day 1, we have requested to be "first" on the list, or early morning spraying. We have had about 10 services, and not 1 has been before 11am, some as late as 6PM. Techs all seem just fine, and... Toon meer

I dislike the fact that I waited at…

I dislike the fact that I waited at home all day for the treatment and the technician came in at 7:00pm. It kept me from getting things done outside my home because I was waiting. I want to change my service hours to be between the 8:00am to 12:00 noon.

Technician was unprofessional

Your technician was unprofessional. He left without servicing the backyard. I texted asking him to come back and finish and he argued with me back and forth that he had rung the bell. However I have a ring and he did not. I had seen them parked out front and was waiting for them to come to the door. So was my son.

I have video clips of them passing by the camera while they sprayed the front but no video or record of a doorbell event from them actually coming to the door. It wouldn't have been that bad except that he was a jerk on the text chain. Horrible customer service.

I had to call for a reservice and was very disappointed to find myself on extended hold to a call center overseas. I really wanted to talk to my local office. I would have hoped they would have reached out to me to apologize after I had to reschedule but nothing.

It is not service exactly

It is not service exactly. It is how much more expensive it has become for me--79 and retired--from when I started. Plus, my son and I have an LLC with animals, so we never have the backyard done (it would scare the birds). It has just become too expensive for me ($150.47) and I wish to cancel.

Spic & Span & Bedone

Your representative and trainee knocked, asked if I wanted work inside? As I replied yes, he was covering his shoes to begin. They proceeded to examine all I asked for and his knowledge helped the extermination go very well.

Most of the ant beds have been taken care of, but we still have several new ones popping up.

Better Communication Needed

I am retired and home for all the treatments. I like to know what is going on before it starts. I do have certain concerns that I like to express face to face.
At the last treatment, the tech missed filling up the mosquito container and it seems to be gone. It may not be mosquito time now but that is a top concern of mine.

After a couple of rescheduled appointments, after scheduling them without my input or consent, they did not answer, and my login and password were disabled.

Tech did not notify of arrival, did not communicate, allegedly took pictures of front, but I did not witness anyone doing anything....except charge for service.
