Highly recommend Aptive Pest Control

I have been using Aptive for many years...the people that I work with are very kind and professional. Customers Service personnel are also very kind! Also they will come out and do a free re-spray if needed between treatments which I only asked for once in several years. I do the four times a year treatment and I'm very happy with them...I would highly recommend Aptive for natural pest control.

Pest Free

Today I was unable to be here when Steve arrived to service my house and property. He let me know ahead of time when he would be arriving and what he was going to do. He made sure to send me at least 10 photos of the areas he worked on while he was spraying or removing spider webs. I have not noticed any spiders or bugs so they must be doing their jobs correctly. I continue to look forward to a bug free house with Aptive Environmental.

The never call head...and sometimes…

The never call head...and sometimes don't show up!
Some of the techs are thorough but many are in and out so quick I have to call for reservices. Then they don't show up. I am going to cancel as soon as I am out of contract.

Pest Control Acceptable, Customer Service Not

The representative who came out to do the treatment made a positive difference. He was thorough & communicated what was done on my property.I have some issues with the company’s reliance on automated communication. Sometimes, there is not an answer that fits the question asked. Last month on March 16, I had an appointment for the 1st treatment of the season. I had to cancel and rescheduled it online for March 24. On the 24th, I waited to hear from them when they were coming. No one contacted me and no one showed up for that appt. Even though I had a confirmation of the reschedule. Needles to say, I was not pleased and did not call but waited to see if I received any communication. I did not until the most recent treatment was scheduled on April 15. I did not need to reschedule and that is the treatment I’m reviewing. Cameren was the tech and his service convinced me to not cancel my account at this time. I have been very pleased with the lack of insects but the communication from the company needs to be less automated and more human centered. It’s very frustrating to have a scheduled appt. and no one show up. This March experience was the 2nd time that happened to me. I want to be home when someone is treating my house and I’m spending $174.
I honestly don’t think it’s too much to ask to have human contact when a schedule is made or needs adjusting.

The tech was here for 5-6 minutes tops. My husband looked in the cameras and asked me how much we pay for this. Bugs were flying all around my back door the same night.

They didn't even come out this time!

They didn't even come out this time! I was home. Now they are billing me for a service call they didn't do. They send an email sometimes saying they are coming out on this date. Know schedule time of day. So, I can't be home to let them in. then they say they serviced you, but they don't know what service you want because they haven't talked to you. So, you get half-assed service. No inside service! I have siders in my basement And then they bill you for it! Not happy at all.
