Horrible company
Several times went to wrong house to treat. Has never treated the yard as I pay for. Promised 2 months of free service yet charged me. Pests come back almost immediately. Stay away from this company. They will milk you dry.

Best Pest Control Available
Aptive has the best staff I have ever experienced. They come in and always wear their footies and they are polite and respect your home. BUT they do more than the other big companies. They do your yard for fleas and ticks and they treat for mosquitoes too!! All around it is a great company to trust with your home pest control!!

I srrongly dislike not getting the same…
I srrongly dislike not getting the same technician every time. New techs do not know the property and wind up missing areas . Sometimes new technicians are here and gone in a very short time. I have often requested the same tech without success. I made the request again recently and was confirmed I was on his route for tomorrow.
I DO like your service of doing the inside upon request as well as the outside AND WIPING DOWN THE EXTERIOR WALLS. I have never seen this done before.your staff is courteous and helpful.I seriously want to stay with Aptive; but I must have Charlie as my tech.

Pros and Cons
Pros: Great service, no bugs inside my home. Cons: $59 monthly payment with a locked in 1 year and they service every 2. Average of $118 per visit. A bit pricey but I will say i have no bugs.

Showing up when stated means a lot to me. I left a number on door to call and wake me, as I probably would be taking a nap. He did, and not only sprayed the problem areas but also what he thought might become a problem. He proceeded to the outside and did the same thing, problem areas and possible problems. This guy was great in taking his time and doing a professional job.

I cancelled your service
I cancelled your service beginning of October 2025 as I sold the house, you keep showing up and you keep billing me. I called the company, I told the service person and I called the credit card company and had them online with your representative and you still sent the service person.

I completely understand how frustrating this situation must have been, especially after selling your home and making multiple attempts to have the account canceled. Continued service visits and billing after being told everything was handled is not the experience we want anyone to have with Aptive.
Based on what you’ve shared, it’s clear that something did not get properly updated on our end, which led to repeated service visits and charges when neither should have occurred. Our team would want to immediately review the account history, stop any further services, and address any charges that went through after your cancellation to ensure this is fully corrected.
You went above and beyond to try to resolve this, including speaking with our team, the service professional on-site, and even involving your credit card company. It’s disappointing that it still wasn’t resolved at that time, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can identify where our internal processes need improvement.

Their service is not the best most of the time
Not only they schedule u whenever they want (according w the contract it’s 4/yr) but after they r gone the issue persists. There was only one Serv guy that did an excellent job but he never returned. They never keep the same employee in the same location, not even if u request it.

Failure to clear window and window seal
Control person is supposed to clear windows and window seals of all bugs/spiders. The control person failed to clear bugs/spiders from a window and that window remains covered in dead bugs and spiders.
