The service started out good with photos of what they did, it’s waned since the first treatment. I even question whether they did anything in their last treatment.

The staff is great and provide good details about the service that they provide. The challenge is not covering pests that cause problems. Refusing to clear a bird's nest in the name of not covering it is one of them.

Aptive Service at home
Hello, I normally receive a text letting me know Aptive will be at my home in the approximated time (ie 30 minutes) and if I have any areas of concern I would like addressed. I didn't receive this and I did have an area of concern of ants on the outside of my home, which it didn't seem this was treated, as it's still a problem and is worse now.

The application does not last three months like it is supposed to. One month after an application I see silverfish. I have had your service for years but I am somewhat dissatisfied now.

Active is the best pest control company we've ever had. They tell you a couple of days in advance of their planned visit, call when they're on the way, and send photos of the treatment they provide. Very responsive and customer friendly.

I missed them one time, and they came back on the house for free. I saw some ants after upgrading to premium and they came out again on the house. Always very friendly and professional.
